Note the report from The Canada Press from yesterday.
It seemed to suggest that Coderre was speaking about diplomacy while AT the table with Dion,and directly after Dion, at least that’s my take on what they say.

No parliamentarian here but at what point if any does this behaviour become sedition.
I heard on CBC Dion backpedaling from his hawkish statements re: Pakistan (What a strange sentence, me watching CBC and hawkish Liberal). Qu’elle surpris!!! However, he did mention NATO intervention, then on CBC, said that he meant DIPLOMATIC intervention and not MILITARY intervention. I want Mr Dion to explain to me the last time NATO was involved in diplomatic negotiations! I’ll answer, there was none beacause it is a military alliance and fighting force. So Dion is an idiot or an outright liar. I suspect the two are not mutually exclusive in the Liberal party.
