  1. I just watched the CBC (even have a hard time typing their name I dislike them so much) with Mansbridge and the Prime Minister of Canada.
Blatant disrespect in so many ways it was “crazy making” to watch. And this is tax payer funded to promote unity within Canada?
Steam clean it or scrap it. One or the other. It’s FUBAR as it is now.

  2. CPAC has special on tonite as well, with the leaders of parties.Didn’t catch it all, just bit of Layton.Man,did he do some sh*t-shovelling,when Peter van Dusen confronted him about all the mea culpa’s the ndp had to come up with this yr.thot Wacko Jacko was going to strain himself doing the dodge-em dance.Lizzie May was her usual joyful self..not!

  3. The thing that both saddens and infuriates me is I remember when I actually looked forward to watching Barbara Frum on the “Journal”. She asked tough questions, usually gave people time to answer, but wasn’t afraid to push hard when she thought answers were evasive or filibusters. I never thought she had an agenda of her own, other than to uncover the truth. That the CBC has fallen so low is a tragedy.

  4. I was there for the blizzard in 71. Dad rode into town on a horse to get food.
    🙂
PS sell the CBC to Zimbabwe. For them It would be like utopia they would never have to say Christmas.

  5. Mike Duffy must be very, very sure of his words as this has got to be THE MOST significant revelation in Canadian media history — ever !
Is the very fact that Mike came forward an indication that many in the media have also had enough of the the CBC, the elephant ?
A little disappointing, that some here helped the troll, MB, in his effort to side track Kate’s post.
