I never could come to grips with the fact that a person (and persons) who wanted to break up Canada were allowed to vote in the House on policies that affect all of Canada. I guess that is the reality of freedom and democracy.

Responsibility, accountability, the rule of law, our ethical underpinnings, and our social mores and institutions have been turned on end, all in the name of “equality”.
