It’s probably just as well lefties are oblivious to irony- even, or especially, the dead obvious, brick-to-the-head variety. So they want Congress to cut carbon emissions by 80% by 2050? Which would involve doing what and it would affect the economy how? And would require the environmentalists to change how much in their own lives? Duh, duh, and duh again. Just keep it up, guys.
Ahhhhh Blackadder.You ask the wrong question.The enviromentalists DO NOT have to change their lifestyle,they already live with Mother Nature in their caves! Don’t they?
It may not dampen their rallies but it sure does make a nice backdrop.
It would certainly improve my neighborhood if they made the move. Nearest caves are… South Dakota. That’s far enough. Or nearly.
The “Tranzie” left revel in symbolism but the ironic visual image of snow falling on a global warming hysteria rally seems to escape them…oh well, to be a leftist you have to be immune to toxic hypocrisy other wise your validity would expire before you start saving the planet. 🙂

The problem is, that is all they talk about. Every time there is a hurricaine or a heatwave we are bombarded with talk about global warming. They can’t have it both ways.
Yeah even when their toes and finger are freezing and their turning so blue they would make a smurf look pale they still insist on pushing this global warming poppycock bull kaka like it was the absolute truth when like evolution its still unproven by the main-stream scientists

Yes they can. We are dealing with some scientists who have learned how to feed at the public trough and some politicians (and *ex* politicians) who have determined that it is in our best interest that they keep the trough full while attempting to redistribute wealth.
IOW, we are getting what we pay for while dealing with that which we elect.
The change in descritive name from “AGW” to “Climate Change” became necessary to cover the play no matter which way the graph points. Therefore they DO get to have it both ways while we get to cover ALL the bets on the table.

The natural life of anything is finite, and , maybe man has come to the end of his cycle of existence on Earth, just like the dinosaurs. If we are to cause global warming and drown in the rising seas, perhaps that is exactly Nature’s plan for us.
After all, Ma nature is a cruel old lady at times, like tsunamis, earthquakes, plagues, etc. So, it’s time to back off, stop hindering nature on its course, for totally selfish purposes, and let mankind pollute itself into extinction, exactly as Nature intended.
Environmentalists are Anti-Nature! Spread the word.

Telling people from the north of Canada that a little warm up is a bad thing is just a tad selfish doncha think? Again, noting just how insular they are, I heard a TV host ask an Australian if “they have any of that “GLOBAL” warming stuff going on? Australia clearly not to be considered part of the GLOBE. But, they blubber, New York will sink. Wanna tell me again why that’s a bad thing? Just go buy some of that waterfront property on Hudson’s bay.
