Taliban Jack is showing his true colors more & more playing on the fears of people that do not realize the true effect this mission will have, also to keep the Darfur rhetoric going just amazes me, When he very well knows that if the UN went in without permission that it would be considered an invasion & the african nations would be screaming outrage.

Proud to be a Canadian
I have a small flagpole mounted over my front door. On important days such as July 4th and Memorial Day, I fly the Stars & Stripes. On Remembrance Day, Victoria Day and Dominion Day I fly the Union Jack. On all other days, for the past few years, I have flown the Red Ensign, as I just couldn’t bring myself to hoist the red Maple Leaf. You see the Government of the day made me embarassed to be a Canadian.
I believe that Harper’s speech at the UN has been a watershed moment for me. I believe it’s now time to get out the Red Maple Leaf and fly it proudly! I no longer feel like a citizen in exile in his own country.
I watched the Prime Minister address the joint House of Commons this morning. There was something in the room…Pride? OMG! I am so proud of Mr. Harper, his clarity, vision and leadership will bring this country into front focus of the world. I hope that the people of this country wake up and realize what a good Prime Minister that we have in Mr. Harper.
President Karzai spoke eliquently on his countries troubles. His acknowlegement of the loss of our soldiers was heart felt, you could see the grief of his country in his face. I hope that Taliban Jack STFU. If CBC keeps putting his used car face on the news they to will continue to loose the respect of the people of this country. Congradulations Prime Minister Harper, stay safe and keep up the great work. I too am proud to be a Canadian!

What a load of tripe. It’s not “their values” that Harper, Bush, and others would have the UN support – it’s the values that the UN itself professes to have, you fool. The UN supposedly stands for human rights, development, and justice. However, as we have seen time and again, it does nothing to support those values in any concrete way- just ask the people of Bosnia, Rwanda, Lebanon, Darfur, East Timor – and through its massively corrupt operating arms, fleeces the people who pay for it – who are mostly the taxpayers of North America, Europe, and Japan.
