  1. China preparing their pilots for military action on the China-India border? Interesting. Should the middle-east hostilities erupt into a full fledged war, China would be in an excellent position to take advantage. The arab world against hte western world, the west wins. The arab world with support from China, and things suddenly aren’t quite so clear.

  2. With China negotiating with google to provide search results to the Chinese government I wouldn’t be surprised if this is just an overlay on Google Earth to prohibit the viewing of what is actually there. Similar to the way Area 51 is blacked out in the USA.

  3. ya gotta admire how US authorities allowed the ufo craze to act as perfect cover for all the test flights of whatever they were/are/will do.
kinda like, colonel !!! the new b533-d is gonna be in the air tonite, tell the undercover staff in town to be sure and be first with the ‘ufo’ sighting !!!
hey people, its u-f-o as in U-N-I-D-E-N-T-I-F-I-E-D flying object. we dont know what it is !!! and some of them we never find out but DONT conclude that therefore its from outer space !!! wooooOOOOOO !!!!!

  4. That is about the coolest model train set I have ever seen. Beats the one I built for the kids in the basement, that’s for sure…..

  5. Now where’s the scale model of the Taiwanese beaches for the Chinese troops to practice “liberation” on?

  6. I love Google Earth.
    Check this out…
    39d40’23N 125d14’49 E
It’s one of Kim Jong Il’s many palaces.
This one’s smaller, with Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il’s birthdate marked clearly on the roof.

  7. reminds me of a coast2coast show when someone mentioned the pictures of “aliens” of area 51 were suspiciously similar to Downs syndrome children. of course in those days things were very different…

  8. Well, if you have the time and computing power, you could try matching the terrain model with the actual topography…
