    1] Classification of people into ..good vs bad. Those who ‘have’ this attribute [______] and those who don’t. Those who might become a member of the group with this attribute [____] and those who have taken steps to ensure that they do not [eg, isolation, distance, masks]

    2] Symbolization of those who do NOT have this attribute [wearing a mask?]; Keeping distant? These are public symbols of ‘being good and not having this attribute’.

    3] Discrimination and Isolation of those who might have this attribute :closing down the businesses of those who might have this attribute; forbidding gatherings; forbidding weddings, funerals.. Forbidding anyone who ‘might have’ this attribute from interacting with others; their licenses to function withdrawn; required to keep away from others.

    4] Dehumanization and vilification of those who might have this attribute – with removal of their rights to work, to assemble, to be with family or others.by defining them as basically inherently ‘harmful-to-humanity’.

    5] Persecution by law: Fines, jail….

  33. This is an absolute farce. I was actually arrested last week for the “crime” of not wearing a mask. (I do wear one in public normally just to avoid getting a faceful of Karen. I just forgot.)

    I was in a large condominium lobby, parked myself in the corner away from everyone until my photographer got there. (would have been less than 5 minutes, and less than 15 total to get the photos we needed to sell the condo. They said no, I have to wear a mask. I started getting a bit upset at that point, Okay you want me to wear a mask, can you provide one for me? No – we don’t do that. But guys, you came up and got in MY face. I am 20′ away from anyone.

    Then they said that “this can be done the easy way or the hard way.”

    What the actual F**K are you talking about???? These two large men (I’m 53, about 125 lbs….) each grab one of my arms, handcuffed me with hands behind my back and perp walk me out of the lobby, They then threw me on the snow-covered walkway and made me sit in the snow until the OPP came. They didn’t even ask me what’s going on, just threw me in the cruiser. I was in jail for about 10 hours. My wrists were cut and bleeding. (They actually caused nerve damage in my wrist. My doctor says I might get feeling back in that hand eventually, or maybe never.

    Now, and I am ashamed of this, once they handcuffed me I was not a very nice person. I didn’t hit, I didn’t flail or struggle. I called them some rather colourful names, but I didn’t threaten. And don’t kid yourself, this isn’t the USA. You don’t get a phone call, brutes can just pick you up and throw you in a cell without any cause. They ended up ticketing me not for the mask, but for “assaulting a police officer.”

    Luckily my photographer was there and she filmed everything. They also tried to bully her and take away her professional camera equipment. The cabdriver hadn’t even left the parking lot, he came running back in but now there’s like two OPP and four mall cops and they held him back. I don’t even know this cabbie, but he called me after saying he was horrified and would be happy to swear an affidavit for me. So yep. 53 years of paying taxes, 53 years of being a good citizen, 53 years where the only experience I ever had with the police is when I was younger and had a bit of a lead foot on the gas pedal. Now, I am facing criminal charges. My lawyer said there could be jail time, but not likely as I’m a first offender.

    So it is real. I still can’t type properly with my right hand. And as a real estate agent, having a criminal conviction is kind of a big deal.

    I have never ever been scared in this country. I am now.

      The Corvid-19 measures pushed by the bureaucracy appear to be questionable, perhaps even more political in nature. No government has released the research/studies they’re basing these measures on. Science, including medical science is based on hard evidence. For medical measures, the Duty of Care, Standard of Card is high. “The cure must not be worse than the disease !” is applicable. International research is admissible evidence.

      Citizens deserve to see tested, the (inconclusive/contradictory) medical evidence being used to justify this 2nd lockdown, mandatory masking et al. To see what justification exists for citizens being treated as a “public menace”. It’s an interesting question.

      Ontario Constitutional lawyer Roco Galati is proceeding with a Charter challenge against both the federal and the Ontario government. There is certainly enough evidence to justify that. To protect yourself and others from similar or worse treatment. You and your lawyer should contact him, as well as Randy Hillier.

      Also, as the PCR testing, which much of this 2nd wave of restrictions/shut down is based on, produces a high rate of false positives.
