    In Arizona – with 3.2 million votes cast and 4% yet to be counted – Biden’s lead two days ago was 68,390. This morning the lead has shrunk to 20,573.
    With 130,000 votes to count Trump needs to win about 57% of the remaining vote to win. The good news is the remaining votes are in very Trump friendly territory.
    I’m optimistic about a Trump win in Arizona and only too pleased to contemplate the Fox News team with egg plastered all over their collective faces and, of course, ditto, for the vindictive and treacherous Cindy McCain.

    1. You missed the best part. Everyone was supposed to have gone home because the election officials said they were done counting for the night. No invigilators.

      And at some counting stations that had video proof (taken from outside the building) after the first night that counting continued after they were “closed”, they put up plywood over the windows to prevent anyone from watching them do it again on subsequent nights.

      Aside to Kate – Catpcha has been very good, back to normal for me, for the last 2 days. I wonder if the supplier has political leanings?     Scott postulates that only a couple of people on “the planet earth” know how the algorithms of Dominion’s voting software work.

    At 40:00 – US intelligence services have used Scorecard and Hammer (they work together) to change the votes in other countries.

    1. Yes, but most of those are relatively sparsely populated rural and suburban counties, and those “few” blue counties are densely populated cities and towns. Elections are not decided by which side gains the most square footage, they’re decided by which side gains the most votes. And so far, it’s 74.5 million (popular) and 279 (electoral college) for the blues versus 70.4 million and 214 for the reds.

  28. Trump won’t accept the Biden proclamation, and he should not. There seems to be strong evidence that the election was stolen for Biden. The courts will decide. Lots of shenanigans, but the big one, I believe, were the vote counting software switching votes from Trump to Biden by the thousands. They were caught in Michigan, and investigations are underway, The same software called Dominion was used in about 30 states. Now in 2018 Trump put in place a new agency intended to protect infrastructure (Called CISA) , Protecting elections is in their mandate. I believe they will have power to investigate and if fraud occurred, it will be confirmed and revealed. At that point Biden will be “trumped.”

      mail in voting, ballot manipulation, thousands showing up in the middle of the night, refusal to allow observers. On and on, as was said above, death by a thousand cuts, or in this case by multiple manipulations and angles, so many, they might not even note them all.

I have looked at the official responses to the various allegations, such as dead people voting and computer reporting glitches, and they all seem reasonable to me which means there is no reason to believe there was a massive conspiracy or any problem significant enough to affect the outcome. To insist that there is one given the information available now is simply dishonest.

        You also are incredibly naive to believe SCOTUS would risk its credibility by even choosing to get involved. Appeal denied is likely the only decision that will come from them after the state courts toss the suits out.

        As for my motivation: I am long time reader of this blog and used to have a lot of respect for Kate and her co-writers. That was before Trump appeared on the scene and the blog descended into a nightmare of irrational conspiracies and whining.

    U.S. District Court for Nevada Judge Andrew Gordon said that the relief sought by two Republican candidates in Clark County would delay vote counting.

    “I don’t find plaintiffs have demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits of the plaintiffs’ claims,” Gordon said. “The public interest is not in disrupting the counting of the ballots.”

    But the judge emphasized that his ruling was not decided on technicality, but rather that he decided “the plaintiff comes to court without sufficient legal showing to get what is required to obtain the extraordinary relief of an injunction.”

  42. IF Biden does succeed in becoming Prez, when Harris and the Secretaries of whatever invoke the 25th amendment, Republicans in the House and Senate should vote against removing him…(will eventually require 2/3 of both Houses to pass). Then leave the incompetent Biden in place.

  43. The media, the RINOs, the Democrats and foreigners are asking Trump to be polite and concede. He should NOT. The future of democracy in the digital age is at stake. He’s got to take this to the SC and the State Houses and have the problem dealt with. No matter what polite society says.
