    To my American friends, if you allow these regressives to cow you behind a mask, your only option a mail in ballot and you wait out in government induced dependence, the amoral collectivist circle will finally close, where the left will control all levers of society; not only the Presidency, Congress, the Courts, the media and law enforcement/national security, but now elections, completed with a doddering old figurehead leader, or three, with younger racist zealots pulling the strings, set to seize power.

    Even discounting partisanship and hyperbole, this assault on liberty is getting scary. World wars happen this way.

  5. People aren’t reading it. Organised media is going the way of the dodo. With realtime video streaming, twitter, parler, gab, and blogging, what, exactly is there left for legacy media to do? What value do they add to the consumption and distribution of information?

    Evidently, they decided that the way they add value is to “shape” the narrative, to be the “voice” of “reason” in the background, quarterbacking the reception of information into the channels they believe they are best suited to manage. To be honest, this doesn’t shock me: their primary directive has always been to SELL “news”. They figured that people would pay gobs of cash to follow their narratives, ever thankful to their journoschool gradualistic majesties for the provision of so much vital wisdom and clarity.

    In other words, who you going to believe? Me or your lying eyes?

    So far, it isn’t immediately obvious that they have succeeded at much except generating near universal hatred and contempt. (Antifa are just as happy beating up the legacy media as beating up white people).

    Eventually they will cave: once enough of them start getting murdered in new and exciting ways (Mexico-style) they will suddenly pivot, and start taking a very harsh law-and-order stance, and practically beg for more troop deployment to internal security (you will know it has begun once you can see a video of Don Lemon on bestgore, beaten bloody, and getting chopped up with a chainsaw by masked vigilantes, of unknown allegiance). I am reminded of the cult classic movie of my generation: Natural Born Killers. What happened to Wayne Gale in the end?

    Media have always struggled to convince the rest of us that they were somehow vital to the functioning of society. Stalin and Hitler agreed, of course.

    In the information age, though, the medium remains the message, and now we no longer need the messengers. So they continue to act as that annoying idiot at a party who is following you around, snooping on your conversations, and always interjecting with moralizing and sermonizing. Eventually you have to punch them out.

    1. Kenji -Snopes = the truth purveyors. Check out the Floyd lies. Apparently some one switched or posted a picture that was not the pregnant woman he assaulted at gunpoint. So the whole 5 convictions including the 5 years in prison for assaulting the woman at gunpoint are all a lie. You can’t make this BS up.

  8. They missed the part about two Jacksonville Democrat City Council members being arrested and convicted of fraud et. al…and facing between 600 and 700 years in prison. Something like 30 charges on each…found guilty on each one. Reggie Brown and Katrina Brown aren’t related.

  9. WaPo knows its readers all too well. They’re headline readers and headline readers only lacking the patience and accuity for an analysis on any subject.
    Mission accomplished as far as WaPo is concerned. If this is brought to their attention they’ll simply retort with “Where’s the lie?” And technically they’d be right…“all” being the key word in this case. And they’ll chalk up another one in their “Trump lie” column.

  11. Who cares what WaPo says? The readers do. They keep it going and wouldn’t think of listening to or reading an opinion that doesn’t fit the narrative.

    Conservative supporters are the same. They only listen/read opinions that fits their narrative. Neither side is interested in listening to the other.

    Politics is stupid theatre that supports the narrative. A good idea can’t be tolerated unless it comes from your group. It will only change when the proles say no mas – then the politics will change.

  12. Springfield Missouri is a victim of Democrat run St. Louis (which you can see is very high on the list). If you study the crime statistics, Springfield increased in violent crimes over 40% in the last five years. The primary reason is that the gang activity in St. Louis is expanding to the surrounding metropolis. At the same time this occurred…homicides were at a five year low. That, also, supports gang activity. Biggest increase came in property and aggravated assault (the prime focus of gangs).

    The take away is that republican run cities suffer the consequences of the inept democrat run cities that offer a base and an opportunity to expand.

Car jackings in Caledon, stabbings in my old apartment complex in the 60-70’s at St. James Town, party central then, a shooting gallery now. Tory has allowed turning the city hall square into a tent city.

Aside from some folks like who popped over to make sure this was a real article, there are quite a few individuals who are seriously ill with Trump Derangement Syndrome who have nothing to say but need to do some frothing at the mouth and drooling while pulling their hair out and running in circles.     2012 – Unpopular Obama won 322 EC seats and re-election

  21. Listing the percentage of blacks would be a real indication of why they are so violent. The democratic leadership is just a reflection of the black citizenry.
