James Di Fiore thinks he’s going out on a limb.

I’ve already “deadnamed” Mr. Yaniv in this piece, and I will continue to call him a ‘him’, and by his male birth name. Why? Because I do not believe he is trans at all. I think he has attempted to co-opt the trans identity in order to get young girls to trust him.

The “not a real trans” argument. How courageous.

Repeat after me, James: “Men are not women. Men cannot become women no matter how sincerely they believe themselves to be”. Was that so hard?

If Mr Di Fiore truly believes there exists within every man the ability to become a woman, then every man has logically, the ability to become any kind of woman he chooses to be, including a predatory one.

Under the current rules, Jonathan Yaniv is the ultimate arbiter on what Jonathan Yaniv is. James Di Fiore needs to recant.

    Though I’m doubtful he’ll win, note that the CBC has seemed sympathetic to him, and that may be the clue to his upcoming win.

    1. He hasn’t won any yet, but some of his victims have paid him thousands of dollars as a settlement to make his claims against them go away.

Within the crab bucket of identity politics and under the paradigm of post modern nihilism, we debate the femaleness of guys with dicks based on their litigiousness against actual women exercising basic judgement and efforts to “associate” with prepubescent girls. Meanwhile the state broadcaster along with its private sector clones shy away from the story lest they inadvertently let slip an opinion which goes against the official progressive narrative of the day. If you didn’t think this guy was a fully-hetero sex predator when the story finally broke, you haven’t been paying attention. He’s been attempting to get legal sanction to force women to play with his tackle since day one. There is literally no other interpretation to his actions, unless you lean to cognitive dissonance and self-delusion.

      16 Cases before the BC Human Human Rights Tribunal been going on how long now? The Tribunal throw them out?
      The Human rights Tribunal recognizes Yaniv’s rights as a transgender.
      Defendants have had to hire lawyers and pay settlements. They aren’t challenging Yaniv’s credibility/motives.
      Their defense is based on their own religious or cultural objections.
      From out of the closet it became bake a cake to now wax my nuts and they have the law on their side.

    1. Just have open sports. No men’s, no women’s. Just open to one and all.

      1. It’s simpler than having men’s and women’s events, and testing for who is and is not.
      2. Fewer athletes means lower cost Olympics, Pan Am games etc
      3. Fewer athletes flying means less CO2 emissions! Save the planet. 🙂

  9. This situation calls out for legislation that declares that no person has any absolute right to enforce gender “acceptance” and perception of gender lies with the beholder. There are probably equal rights of assuming gender and beholding gender. It may not fulfill the fantasies of those who make a questionable change, but too bad for them, enforcing dubious propositions under legal penalty is not a good idea for the integrity of the law. Not that many care about that fine point this far into the Experiment.

  10. Well, most of the chattering class have painted themselves in to a corner on this issue. They mocked and mobbed anyone who, justifiably, thought that allowing biological, anatomically intact men into women’s spaces based merely on self-id could be misused by predatory men and predatory transgenders. After Yaniv happened, the chattering class first tried to ignore and boycott the story. That blew up when it went viral on worldwide social media which left them limited options to save face. So, they seem to be aggressively pushing the nonsense that Yaniv isn’t a real transgender so they, the chattering class, weren’t horribly wrong about self-id and the necessity of sex segregation in a few places where women, girls and young children are vulnerable.

    The chattering class mission is to mold us inferiors into better, more sophisticated people like them through a combination of scolding, ostracism and laws/regulations. Come hell or high water they will never admit they made a mistake because it might jeopardize 1) their self image – are they really as smart as they think they are? and 2) their position of morality police – have they themselves become the oppressors? That’s why they refuse to show sympathy towards the low-income immigrant women of color targeted by Yaniv and refuse to question the wisdom of self-id/human rights tribunals. Both which Yaniv is taking advantage of under laws the chattering class championed and laws they were warned against by people with common sense and wisdom.

    The chattering class are like spoiled children running around with matches and gasoline. But, they aren’t burning themselves so they don’t give a shit about the damage.

    1. Their other argument is that most transwomen aren’t a threat to women and they’re right but neither are most men. We sex segregate certain spaces by excluding people with male genitals to protect women, girls and young children from predatory males and predatory transgenders because we can’t identify who is a predator.

      To put this in different terms. Sex segregation is like a security system. Most people aren’t going to rob your home or business but the security system is there to protect/alert you about the ones who are criminals. Imagine the government and chattering class making it illegal to have a security system because “statistics”. That’s what they’ve done with allowing male bodies in places where women, girls and young children are particularly vulnerable : outlawed an effective security system, a first level defense.

    Well, yes. Yaniv has figured out that women regularly get much lighter punishments, if any, to be served in glorified lesbian holiday camps, for crimes for which men are sent away for life to real prisons.

    (The Karla Homolka case is one of the more notorious examples of a woman literally getting away with the murders she goaded her man into committing to give her her dirty thrills. Karla is a free woman living happily in Montreal. Her ex-husband will die in prison.)

    It was only a matter of time before male sissies and pedophiles realized that if the state declared them legally women, they could demand, and get, their own pussy passes allowing them to escape any real punishment for repeated sex crimes, just for starters.

    You know what? The girls were okay with this till the sissies started demanding to serve sentences in women’s prisons. At this point, I say by all means let them. The feminists and the sissies deserve each other.

    I’ll save my tears for the men sent to prison by their wives for sex crimes they didn’t actually commit, who are raped daily by thugs from the four corners of the globe.

      I feel sympathy for those who genuinely feel they were born into the wrong sex. What a tortured life. I even have a trans-woman friend who has had all the surgery, and who I refer to as she, because she presents as female (as much as a eunuch can) and it would be impolite to do otherwise. But I never pretend or delude myself into thinking she is actually a real woman. She isn’t and never can be.

  16. Liberals just don’t get the point, do they? If Yaniv is a fraud, then that just proves HOW EASY IT IS FOR ANY CREEPY MALE TO FAKE TRANSGENDER STATUS AND GET ACCESS TO WOMEN’S PRIVATE SPACES.

    All the progressive types keep yelling “But it’s okay for trangenders to use women’s spaces because trans folk are nice and would never ever assault or spy on women and girls, and how dare you suggest they would!” But that’s not what we’re saying. We’re saying those spaces should not be opened up to biological males because it gives predatory men an excuse to invade them and endanger women. Now we’ve seen Yaniv ogling girls and making creepy overtures to them, which proves our point. And saying that he’s “not really trans” is also PROVING OUR POINT.

    When will they get it?
