  1. The sane ones need to wake up to the reality that this battle is for all the chips. Simply put…it’s them or us.

    1. They are. That is the spate of “why I left the left” videos and such we have been seeing. Equally clear, is the the sane ones are an insignificant minority. This unhinged chimpanzees wearing hair shirts while self flagellating and throwing poop riot has lost the Democrats, what, perhaps one millions votes nationwide? It’s lost them what, zero tenured university professors?

What has become clear, is that they have always wanted blood on their hands, and they currently believe they are close to making that happen. What we are seeing is closer to sociopathic hallucinogenic ecstasy than schizophrenia. In terms of violating social norms; it is the right that is doing that, as the left has defined their sociopathies as the norms; infanticide being exhibit A.

  2. Hystericrats of the world unite! You have nothing to lose but your credibility.

  3. Expect the hysteria to get as bad as it can as the Left ramps it up for the midterms. Should the Democrats NOT win the House or the Senate, I believe the left will go to war against America, complete with riots, murder, assassinations.

This is what they’ve wanted to do since Trump was elected but they weren’t quite deranged enough yet, a midterm loss will push them over the edge. Americans had better arm themselves to the teeth as it may get very ugly with millions of insane people rampaging through the streets.

But it looks like the Dems will take at least one, House or Senate, so they can stall and neuter anything he attempts until 2019 when a Hillary/ Kamala Harris ticket will sweep the democrats back into glorious power.

    Or maybe not.

  4. The left turns everything it touches into shit. It’s that simple. they are anti-common sense and hysterically insane. Jailing law enforcement now? The USA because of liberals is turning the country – like Canada – into a shithole. The libtards never accepted the results of a free and democratic election and violence, accusations and “resistance” is the norm since #POTUS45 day 1 in office. Liberals have crancked up their collective disillusions daily by giving us on the right clear indications of their aim; Venezuela 2.0
They are like Hitler, a fellow socialist, when he knew he’d lose the war by March 1945—> he decided that Germany must perish, Germans must all fight to the death and that a scorched earth order must be carried out. If he couldn’t win the war all will die and Germany wiped off the surface of the earth.
The left , however also prefer low IQ, uneducated, unskilled, diseased and unemployable darkies to flood in so they can be controlled via food stamps and Democrat votes. That IS a shithole in the making.

      1. Unfortunately it is not satire that the left prefers to rule in hell than be free* in heaven. I would like to say that rheal is wrong here, but I can’t.

        1. Andrew @10:18 and Frenchie77 @11:58.
Those are just my observations and noted trend setting since 2015 when Trump decided to run as GOP and POTUS. I tried to disprove my hypothesis periodically but I just can’t. Dems calling for violence, shooting that GOP dude at softball game, The bitter MSM attacking Trump non-stop and violence on the streets in the USA. How is that satire, Andrew?

  5. I was at the LCBO yesterday and was shocked at how much prices had gone up in the weeks since I had last been there. I asked the guy working cash why the increases. He said he had been told that it was because of Trump. I asked him how Trump was able to affect the price of a wine imported from Italy and a bottle of rum distilled in Canada. He just shrugged.

    1. A friend remarked years ago that it was amazing that the “price increase due to freight ” was always much larger on a 26 oz bottle of spirits than on the same sized bottle of tomato sauce

    2. Why don’t you just buy your booze at Costco? Like I do? Very competitive prices, and a decent selection of the basics.

      Oh! …

That’s right … the government controls and manages ALL liquor sales in Canada.

Sorry mates … living is a Socialist State is no picnic. At least you can still buy your Dope at the local medicinal Mary Jane shop … Oh! Sorry … that’s getting absorbed by your State as well … Oh well … those are all SINS … and your government is protecting you with punishing prices. It’s for your own “good”?

  6. Democrats are campaigning on raising taxes, socialism, and burning the house down…cussing, vagina costumes, attacking people, etc
…we’ll see how that works out

  7. the NYT’s FAKE NEWS FAKE NEWS FAKE NEWS LIES LIES LIES SQUAWK SQUAWK KKRRAAWWWW SKREET SKREEEE

  8. Meanwhile, American’s trust in media is growing: https://www.economist.com/graphic-detail/2018/07/30/donald-trumps-attacks-on-the-media-may-have-backfired

And the NYT is profiting massively with huge subscription growth: https://www.recode.net/2018/2/8/16991090/new-york-times-digital-paywall-business-growing-fast-facebook-google-newspaper-subscription

“Times’ online subscription sales jumped 46 percent in 2017 to $340 million. Digital ad sales rose 14 percent to $238 million.”

        1. You see Latitude, when your opposition has the attention span of a retarded amoeba that gets tired of listening to syllables you need to make your argument more accessible.

        2. And Hillary was a lock for the presidency, said every pollster – until about 9 pm on Election night 2016.

          1. Indeed … until about 9:00p … when all those flyover states returns started coming in … including the “insurmountable BLUE firewall States”.

    1. So what you’re saying is that assholes like yourself are spending the hard-earned money of others to buy more bullshit. WGAF.

    2. Q4 2017, NYT:

“Operating profit fell to $23 million for the quarter, from $56 million, in part because of pension settlement charges and higher operating costs. The company reported a $58 million net loss for the quarter.”

Still losing money with over $1 billion in sales.

    3. Ok, whether you meant to be funny or not…well done, you provided great humor. Psssst….The Economist has a demographic of overly educated (read: Ivy League) corporate capitalists. They are, also, known as open borders (for the cheap labor) never-Trumpers. And, you’re using their reporting to solidify a position on “fake news.” They’re one of the biggest offenders. Good one.

  9. Somewhat similar here, Liberals believe only they have some God given right to be in power. There has been an awakening, the media cannot handle it and are burning the midnight oil trying to dig up dirt. The people have taken over their power, they needed Trump, he was not a politician, he had none of their baggage.

  10. Part of why they hate their country more than ever is Trump. (Well, that and the fact that the US is/was successful, more than the sh-tholes they want to honour – Marxist doctrine dictates that the US must have been oppressive, if they have dared to be successful.)
But here is a point…… the anthem at NFL games, all those statues, streets, and parks and schools that now must be renamed because they are reminders of such a hateful, oppressive past? They were all there in place for 8 years of the Obama administration, and nobody cared. Why are they suddenly so intolerable now?
As has been pointed out…. children being separated from illegal immigrant “parents” was happening under Obama. Nobody cared. Now ICE officers need to be jailed?
This is all still part of the temper tantrum over losing the election. “If we can’t have our way in this area, we will tear down things in another.”

    1. “As has been pointed out…. children being separated from illegal immigrant “parents” was happening under Obama. ”

Not nearly as often because Obama didn’t impose an insane ‘always prosecute’ policy like Trump did.

      1. Between 2003 and 2005, criminal prosecutions of first-time unauthorized crossers for illegal entry or re-entry more than quadrupled, from 4,000 to 16,500. By 2010, they had reached 44,000. Operation Streamline was extended to some other Border Patrol sectors and continued under the Obama administration, reaching a peak 97,000 criminal prosecutions in 2013.
Still, the phenomenon of families arriving at the US-Mexico border together dates from just the last few years, and was not one that the Bush or early Obama administrations confronted in any significant numbers. Few children were separated from their families during the earlier administrations as a result of criminal prosecution of the parents.

        https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/18/politics/donald-trump-immigration-policies-q-and-a/index.html

      2. Trump enforces the law and it’s the (End of the World)

        Fact
For 8 years “No-One” said boo about the Obamasia separating children from their ILLEGAL immigrant parents

        Choke on it UnYou…
Oh and ah, your hippy-crit is showing.

      3. My point was not about the numbers. I do not have them, and I doubt that you had any, either when you wrote.
But your point is well taken, and I do not doubt they have risen.

However, I do not think that enforcing the laws of a country is insane. If Obama had wanted to change the immigration laws, he could have, especially during his first term. He did not, choosing instead to ignore the existing laws. That is closer to insanity than enforcing laws that had been legally passed by Congress.

But again, my point was not about the numbers. It was about the media and the left’s selective hysteria. Statues, children, street names, anthems…. all were fine under Obama. Now the left/media are hysterical, but 8 years ago…. crickets.
THAT is what I was trying to bring out. Not the enforcing of laws, but the left’s selective outrage, on issues where they were silent when Obama was in power.
BTW, thank you for responding, and for speaking your thoughts on the issues, rather than name calling. I hope I have responded in kind.

        1. Absolutely true, first timer.

Only groupthunk morons could fail to see the hyper-hypocrisy of the left in wanting to kill Trump because of separating illegally crossing families at the border…. but not care at all that Obama did it. I guess when you have reached the point where you are running almost purely on emotion and then must deny stark realities that are right in your face to maintain your beliefs, you are intellectually dead anyways.

Also, does ICE even have anything to do with processing trespassers at the border? My understanding is no, their mandate is to concentrate on exporting illegals ALREADY inside the borders. I believe it is the responsibility of a different branch under the Homeland Security umbrella to handle these invaders, specifically the Border and Immigration people. I would appreciate any input clarifying this. Since leftards claim themselves that their calls to abolish ICE are directly because of the ‘border children’, are they not targeting the wrong agency?

The left is so busy lying to itself, why would we believe that they would ever be honest with us. Again, their constant two-faced demeanor and utter immunity to recognizing their own crass hypocrisy is now at breath-taking proportions. Trump should show this clip before every rally….

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeVUL6lRuTQ

        2. “However, I do not think that enforcing the laws of a country is insane. ”

Well, it is. The laws themselves are insane and furthermore, there are far too many to be enforced. Hence the need to prioritize resources, which has always been the norm until the GOP et alia freaked out over DACA.

“Obama had wanted to change the immigration laws, he could have, especially during his first term. He did not, choosing instead to ignore the existing laws. ”

He prioritized wrecking US health insurance over liberalizing US immigration, to his shame.

          1. Been thinking about your words, Unme. In a duly elected democratic system, No One is above the law… or at least, that is the way it is supposed to work. Giving anyone the right to ignore laws is a dangerous precedent, whether that person is POTUS or a thug in the streets. Actually, that is what has happened in the States. People have been told that if they don’t like something, just ignore the law…. in their opinion, (which most now base on feeling) it is unjust. So whether a person wants to ignore immigration laws, or just loot or burn a store, they would have that right, if your line of reasoning is extended. And believe me, they are many who would extend it.
Unjust laws need to be changed, true. But giving any individual the right to break or ignore the law is a direction no thinking society wants to go towards. Once that can of worms is opened, it becomes impossible to contain who gets to ignore the law, or why. Changing laws is a lot slower, but simply thinking one – anyone – is above the law leads to looting in the streets because someone feels like it. Lex Rex actually works.

      4. “Not nearly as often because Obama …”

… being a libtard, and America hater he could not do anything right?

Throw the spawn of illegals over the face too, that way they can be reunited with the beasts that sired them.

        1. It’s going to be real hard on you when these people are granted amnesty. It’s going to happen, so you’d best start adjusting today.

      5. So consistent application of the law is now “insane”, according to you? Got it. You MUST be from Toronto!

By the way, where have you been? There is quite a backlog of work here for you UnMe! Starting with correcting the Swedish government on their bigotry and Islamophobia regarding the pervasiveness of child marriage among migrants in Sweden…

Come on, get to work, you’re slacking!

        1. “So consistent application of the law is now “insane”, according to you?”

When those laws are insane and too numerous to be enforced, yes.

  11. This is “understandable” within the leftist belief that whitie can never be a victim, only an oppressor, owing to their “privilege.”

Nothing racist in that eh? All white people are (unfairly) privileged.

I remember the unfair advantages of my forefathers, leaving the privilege of the Irish potato famine to oppress minorities here.

Do these fools give any thought to their meanderings?

Are they so accustomed to a mediocracy free ride they cannot think critically with any regard to relevance or context?

    Yup.

    1. I remember the unfair advantages of my forefathers, leaving the privilege of the Irish potato famine to oppress minorities here.

It’s just as bad with my family.

My maternal grandparents seriously considered emigrating to South Africa from Germany, but a last-minute hitch prevented them from doing so. Clearly that makes me a white supremacist by virtue of ancestry, right?

It’s hard to argue with muddled logic like that.

    2. My white privilege was getting to grow up in a welfare district where around every corner was a bully. My privilege was having to defend my siblings who were privileged with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, wearing Forrest Gump like braces thus making them targets for the bullies.I finally succumbed to peer pressure and dropped out of school, started doing drugs and ended up in foster care and juvenile detention centers.I was privileged with having the choice of joining the army or continuing down the path of privileged destruction. After serving ten years I worked hard to get my diploma and have worked for the same company for over thirty years.I may not be financially rich but I am family rich with two amazing boys.Nobody ever gave me anything,I fought both literally and physically to get to where I am today…from one Irishman to another…Shamrock

      1. My great-grandfather’s white privilege was to be blown almost to bits at Vimy Ridge, both hips badly dislocated. By a miracle they saved his right arm from the grievous shrapnel wounds, but he never walked properly again. They were (literally) pouring him onto a litter for burial when he regained consciousness, and started viciously cussing out his batman…

      2. Which, as another with Irish ancestors, reminds me of all the times I’ve told French people to F-Off when they call me English. Usually its, ‘Oh you English are all the same, le.” Or something similar. The look of stupid surprise on their faces is worth being rude.

    3. “White privilege,” of course, was dreamed up by people who really do enjoy unearned privileges, bought by their wealthy fathers or paid for on their backs or on all fours. We are dictated to by the idiot sons and the whores of the truly wealthy and powerful.

  12. Some very interesting polling coming out lately. Gleaned From commentary magazine podcast:

About 63% polled that they saw the gop as not representing the mainstream. The Dems were seen as not being mainstream by a little fewer – around 57-59%.

What’s very noticeable is the the gop has always polled north of 55%.

Yet the Dems normally poll in the high 30s. – a huge shift.

Imo this indicates that a large chunk of independents see the Dems have moved to the radical left. I think that could well translate into very good news for the gop in November and 2020.

      1. Why does that website show Trump’s support close to the lowest poll listed, ignoring polls that show his support at 50%. Fixed.

      2. Remember Obama? “I have a pen” Well so will the Donald. Presidential veto’s are going to make you Bolshies howl like a stuck pig.

      3. Nothing is certain in this era of trump unme, except you trolling regardless of what is presented.

        1. It’s looking ever more certain that a generation of prog-Dem dominance is ahead, that will last at least until the US goes broke.

      4. You’re right, the GOP has no path to victory, just like Donald Trump didn’t.

Go left young thug, go left is the new DeMarxist slogan.

  13. A GOP victory in November will lead to serious political violence in the US. Don’t be surprised if Trump sends in the National Guard, with use of live rounds on Antifa types. No state can long tolerate senseless, rioting mobs in its street. Eventually, one needs that “whiff of grapeshot”…

    1. Antifa or anyone else who is obviously wearing a disguise to intimidate others and threaten to cause violence should be immediately arrested and charged; and with a minimum sentence AND a minimum fine that a lefty a-hole judge can’t get around as punishment upon guilt being proven with no plea-bargain BS. These cowards are ONLY tough in a gang, like most neo-Marxists.

      1. Minimum sentencing violates due process rights, and the government has no right to be criminalizing ‘disguises’.

        1. Does that include Hillary Clinton suggesting that anonymity online is a bad idea? Just curious. 😀

        2. You are of course entitled to express your opinion, UnMe. Well, at least until your revolution takes over. You should talk to some Vietnamese who supported the VC during the war. They got a pretty rude education after the fall of Saigon, though. As will you, being the mouthy little sh×tf{ck that you are. I am betting 6 months after your leftist revolution. You must surely realise by now that the conservatives always end up ruling the show, regardless of how leftist your damned revolution is. See, conservatives do things, like work their asses off, build bridges, fix trucks, design airplanes, fight and win wars, and know when to shut up. All very useful to the socialist state. Bleating little $#@ts like you are only good for screeching at the mob, storming barricades, and of course clearing landmines after the War of Liberation…

Keep working to overthrow the system, dude. Just remember: you break it, you own it…

  14. The leadership of the radical left is very upset that the “fundamental change” Marxist march that Obama began toward the socialist nirvana was interrupted by the election of Donald Trump as POTUS. The MSM under the direction of George Soros is fanning the flames of this unrest and this won’t end well. He should be declared a terrorist.

    1. There has been no interruption whatsoever. Obamacare is still here. The USG is spending more than ever.

  15. 25-30 mi; N of the border and I’m sitting waiting for Trump to arrive at his rally. Crazy thing is I’ll be 90 in 21 days and I’ve never enjoyed politics before. I love Trump’s people; they’re my kind and I’d love to go to a rally myself. You can see and feel the love….just plain, ordinary people who have nothing in common with the elite.

    1. They are thrilled to have a president who has been faithful to his promises to them, and respects them and is their unabashed champion. That hasn’t been seen since the days of Ronald Reagan.

    2. “just plain, ordinary people who have nothing in common with the elite.”

      Ah yes. Morons.

      1. You’re trying awfully hard today. Terribly interesting watching someone flap and flounce and drown in their own pool of hopeless ridiculousness.

  16. Myself and three ‘mature’ friends were travelling together yesterday and I tend to not start conversations that begin with, “Did you see Trump….”

But someone always does and despite my friends all being of a certain retired age, well travelled and intimately familiar with oil and gas, both nationally and internationally, they are all unified in believing president Trump is unqualified, unhinged and bombastic.

I might agree with the third characterization, but I continue to defend the policies without endorsing the man’s personal character. I’m constantly amazed at how so many of my friend’s emotional buttons are pushed by this man, despite my belief that all three of them likely vote Conservative in Canadian elections.

    1. No Guff, I’v worked with people much of my life, and usually understand most as to what their convictions are, and why. But the “hate Trump” train is an emotional reaction, and therefore can not be penetrated with logic, as emotions shut down that part of the brain were logic is processed. I also know quite a few nominally cons who just hate the man. Most of these people, like Undork, are uninformed.

    2. Conservatism has nothing to do with it. The man is a dangerous unqualified buffoon who only won because he was backed by enemies of democracy in an attempt to divide and embarass the United States. Fifty years from now the world will unanimously look back on this period with nothing but shame.

      1. yup Andrew, the same applies to Reagan, oh wait……………………..

Do rectums like you ever visit the real world????

        1. What the hell does Reagan have to do with anything lol?

“Do rectums like you ever visit the real world????”

You’re projecting. Get out of your bubble a bit once in a while.

      2. Sorry, he very clearly met ALL of the qualifications for the Presidency. Name one that he didn’t meet?

          1. How is he a fascist? Which newspapers and radio stations has he taken over? What prison is Kathy Griffin in? When was Mueller assassinated? Why don’t you know anything about the history of fascism?

      3. Such nonsense. You don’t understand anything. You’re living in an historic era much like the time of Whigs in which Republicans are being sent to where the Whigs went and for the same reasons. Take a history lesson to comprehend what’s happening now and wean yourself from your ridiculous poorly informed mischaracterizations. Unqualified, buffoon, enemies of democracy attempt to divide. You’re actually to thick to even talk to. Grow the f up.

    3. My friends are much the same. If you are Canadian and you like Trump, you keep your mouth shut (that is if you also want to keep your friends). I think many Canadians view Trump as an assault on their identity as leftist/socialists. I am not sure why many Conservatives also dislike him, but the MAGA mentality is probably also a factor. Canadians always like to see themselves as superior to the US, and Trump’s MAGA challenges that.

    4. Your friends have are able to judge when someone is an idiot, and when his policies are wrecking their industry as Turmp’s tariffs are doing to oil and gas. You are the one with ’emotional buttons’ and you are projecting onto your much smarter wiser friends.

      1. Good grief. You haven’t a clue as to what you presume to talk about. You’re a child. Calm yourself and go have a biscuit.
