Another question, why is it taking so long to either press charges or clear the truck driver? Are they going to try to blame the Bronco team driver?
Two trucks: the destroyed one and one that was taken off the road in AB pending a safety investigation. Indian, not middle eastern. Singh was the name of the company owner, IIRC. The driver was never identified, to the best of my knowledge.
Also to the best of my knowledge, having travelled that road before, the investigation should have been open-and-shut in resulting in charges of criminal negligence causing death.
