The court documents are part of a lawsuit filed by two Canadian residents against the government. Until last month, they were under seal.
Among other things, the court documents indicate:
No one in the COVID Recovery unit, including Jennifer Little, the director-general, had any formal education in epidemiology, medicine or public health.
Little, who has an undergraduate degree in literature from the University of Toronto, testified that there were 20 people in the unit. When Presvelos asked her whether anyone in the unit had any professional experience in public health, she said there was one person, Monique St.-Laurent. According to St.-Laurent’s LinkedIn profile, she appears to be a civil servant who briefly worked for the Public Health Agency of Canada. St.-Laurent is not a doctor, Little said.

Quite convincing evidence that the Trudeau Liberal government’s travel mandates were straight up medical coercion and abuse of political power to punish citizens who maintained their right to bodily autonomy, without scientific or medical justification. They define serious adverse reactions as life changing, life threatening or life ending. I’m a separatist so an unjust federal government, a corrupt legal/judicial system, authoritarian political crackdowns, ineffective opposition parties and legislative sledgehammers on the economy Alberta and Saskatchewan from the federal LPC-NDP coalition…works towards my goals.

The court case against travel mandates is scheduled to be heard by the Supreme Court on October 31, 2022. It was supposed to start in September but Trudeau government lawyers got a delay approved. I assume more damning information will surface in the hearing. You can already tell that the Trudeau Liberal government will rely heavily on “cabinet confidentiality” to cover up their lies.
At this point, it’s safe to say that Cabinet Confidentiality means the government has no evidence to support Trudeau’s Covid mandates, his use of the Emergencies Act, his interference in SNC investigation and again in the NS shootings or any other authoritarian acts enacted by the Liberal-NDP coalition.
