  14. So here’s a question. If someone with the virus ate in a restaurant, wouldn’t all that plexiglass trap the virus for the next person in the booth ? I am of course being facetious, since I think all of this stuff is pointless. I have read several places that asymptomatic transmission is not significant accounying for less than 1% of transmission if I recall correctly). I believe that has been verified by the WHO.

    2. Well, a ship is also a “person”, and so is one of those numbered companies you buy off the shelf, so it isn’t necessarily as daft as it sounds. A river basin represents a distinct set of interests, and it’s possible that those interests might be best judged and handled in a corporate form for greater convenience, in which case legal personhood can be practically useful. Of course, it’s much more likely to be a load of old wank, but not necessarily.
