It’s so easy as a retired person and political fanatic to get into the “the supporters of the Other Guys are all morons” mode , but it’s cheap and dishonest, most people especially those with tough jobs and careers are too damned busy to do all the research we do,and frankly,many of us with our dozens of hours of research per week don’t do a hell of a lot better in our reasoning.
I was warned by numerous people that the Farmer’s Almanac said we were going to have an early,long and harsh Winter here this year. It started early, but faded quickly into one of the mildest in the last 20 years. But the same people tell me they’re never wrong. Neither is CBC or CNN, except when they are.

Only first responders and essential workers (including pharmacy and supermarket employees) are allowed to travel.
