    The other theory is that when Inauguration Day arrives and all the players start realizing they got taken for rubes to get the corpse into the White House, that’s when things get interesting.

    1. Six months plus a day so that Harris can have two full terms after Biden’s term which of course she will have to complete for him.
      Might have to put him on life support but as long as he is breathing he will be the official Prez.

      1. If Biden actually resigns, and I think he will at some point, he needs to make it to two years plus one day for Harris to get two full terms of her own. That’s what I think the “best case” scenario for the Dems is. Anytime before that and she’d only be eligible for one.

        The question is if Biden can physically make it that long. I have my doubts. I think he’ll make it to summertime; from there, who knows, so I peg his resignation somewhere in the 6-24 month window.

        Do keep in mind that the 25th Amendment has a section that deals with involuntary removal of POTUS so long as the cabinet and VP concur. If I read the text right, successfully invoking that section only transfers the *powers* of POTUS to the VP and not the office itself; Harris would become Acting POTUS. That should not affect Harris’s electoral eligibility in any way, so it’s possible that the Dems use (or threaten to use) that against Biden before the 24 months are up, to get Harris in sooner.

        Biden could just croak too, of course. The presidency is not for the weak and frail. It takes a heavy toll on its holder. I tend to think that if he’s dumb enough to try serving out his whole term, he simply won’t make it.

    The House and Senate will divide for two hours (at least) to debate, then vote. The vote will be per Senator with the Vice President being the deciding vote if needed in the Senate, while the vote in the House will be only be ONE vote per delegation, per state, not per House member!!!

    The Republicans have 30 delegation votes compared to the Democrats 20 delegation votes. If this scenario runs true, President Trump gets re-elected. The Democrats, the media, social networks and globalists around the world will come unhinged and chaos will erupt.

    Bigly. President Trump is trying to do the right thing and go through the courts first, expose all the fraud, but we all knew that none of the courts, even the Supreme Court wanted to touch this issue with a 10-ft pole!

    This is why our forefathers were so brilliant because they knew something like this could happen someday. So, don’t listen to the media and all their deception and lies. All you have to do is read the Constitution and you know that the law, policies and procedures in the end are on our side…”

    (I’m no expert on the US Constitution – If Someone here can adjudicate…I have no issue with that whatsoever). Is this legit.?? Seems to me if it is, and NO ONE Objects..???, then we will know for damned sure the SWAMP won and The WEST is toast.

    1. There’s more to it than that. Much more. There is a federal law that governs the process of counting the electoral votes in January by the new Congress. Bullet points:

      – To object to a state’s electoral votes, a written objection must be provided, signed by both a Representative and a Senator. This isn’t a terribly high bar to clear, since any Rep & Sen will do.

      – Once the objection is confirmed, the houses adjourn to their own chambers to decide how to resolve the objection. Each has two hours and two hours only and then must vote. Each House votes separately.

      – The Houses then reconvene in joint session to resolve the objection.

      – If the Houses disagree on resolution of the objection, the “original” electoral votes prevail. Namely, the certified set of electoral votes mailed by the state’s Governor and/or Secretary of State.

      So game that out. You get an objection on the record for PA’s votes, fine. The Houses split. The Houses vote. The (R) Senate may vote to sustain the objection, but that’s no sure thing. The (D) House absolutely will not vote to sustain the objection. The houses reconvene. The dispute therefore resolves back to the original EVs – Biden’s.

      You can repeat that for all the disputed states if you wish but the result is the same. Biden 306. Trump 232. The end.

      It’s OVER. All that’s left for Trump to do now is try to show a little grace in exiting the stage. There is no hail mary play. No SCOTUS intervention. No Congressional save.

      Bend over, America. The Democrats are back.

      1. What is missing in your analysis is that the House votes on this are one vote per state — not the normal per rep. I am not optimistic, but the fraud has been so massive that I am praying it will become widespread public knowledge by January. In which case, what Congess person could vote to uphold the results of a fraudulent election? This is the last hope for the US. Otherwise the criminals, globalists and their Chinese pals take over the U.S. Too horrible to contemplate.

          The one-vote-per-state House rule only comes into play IF no candidate for POTUS gets 270 EC votes and the House must vote directly for POTUS. In order to get there, you first have to disqualify 37 EC votes that Biden received yesterday, and for that, you have to get through the dispute process outlined in the federal statute governing the counting of EC votes by the new Congress on January 6th. And that works broadly as I’ve outlined, with the (D) House effectively holding a veto on disqualifying any EC votes.

          There is no path to a Trump second term remaining. It’s over. Done. Finished.

          There’s “holding out hope” – which was arguably possible early in the process – and then there’s “delusional fantasy” – which has been all that has remained since maybe the third week of November. It’s certainly all that’s left now.

          1. I did read somewhere that this process also involves 1 vote per state. I accept that I may be wrong on that. However my question to you is what happens when it becomes public knowledge that Biden benefited from foreign involvement in the election? How does that get addressed?

At this point I would take nothing that any of Trump’s attorneys say at face value, since they’ve proven spectacularly bad at actually proving anything to any judge anywhere in the nation. Sydney Powell in particular I think has proven herself to be an utter charlatan, great at getting headlines, terrible at getting results.

            When counting the 2004 EVs in Jan. 2005, a challenge was successfully filed against Ohio’s electoral votes. The two houses voted separately as I described, and rejected the challenge by very large majorities. There was no one-vote-per-state going on. Again, that vote structure ONLY applies if the House is voting directly for POTUS because no candidate received a majority of EVs (see 1824 for the one time it happened).
