On the same day as Youtube announces it will disappear all 2020 election fraud content as misinformation:

Seventeen states, led by Missouri, are backing Texas in its bid to have the Supreme Court hear a challenge to the presidential election in four battleground states.
 
Texas sued Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia on Tuesday, saying the four states altered election laws for the November contest without authorization from state legislatures, violating the Constitution.
 
In addition to Missouri, the other red states pushing for Texas’s court fight are Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Indiana, Louisiana, North Dakota, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, Tennessee and West Virginia.

    1. Well, lining up is right but I am not sure how long the left would stay in the fight. They would be fighting to be able to claim to be the good guys, but the right know that they in fact are the good guys. Might seem a trivial distinction, but when your buddies start dying beside you it makes all the difference in the world when one asks themself: what am I dying for here?

    2. Texas is getting a good idea of potential allies if the state legislature ever gets the stones to tell the US federal government to shove it where the sun don’t shine. Thank God we have our own power grid and plenty of energy resources.

    1. Public executions for treason and sedition of the leaders of the coup will drive the fear deep into the minions.

      Somebody has to pay to feed and clothe and guard prisoners. Pine boxes are far less expensive and more efficient.

      The brutality of that shall be on full display for the world to observe and question motives of the heart for those plotting in the future.

  8. Thank you Kate. These are very significant posts today – all of them! They are depressing but are our reality as we move into 2021 wearing face masks out of fear, social ostracism or draconian bans in some provinces.

    1) The US election, and any confidence in the election, is flicked and uncertain; many people will be enraged, whatever the outcome.
    2) Likely “winner”, Joe Biden, is flicked, due to health and maybe temperament, never mind his changeable politics, and is seriously incapable of running the USA and his VP is not job-ready nor even well-liked in her party, thus it will 4 years of turmoil. And this affects Canada a lot.
    3) Covid handling by governments world-wide is flicked, enabling them to cancel Christmas carols in empty parking lots, while enabling weird lefty groups like BLM and Anitfa to ruin communities. I would love someone to look into that Winnipeg lab.
    4) Management of Chinese Communist Party is flicked. They are invading North America subtly, but big time, at all levels of our economy, educational, policy/political, security, media and cultural institutions with minimal oversight, especially in Canada. I live in “Hongcouver”, so some Chinese folks here get it, all too well. They are our friends.

    The onyl sensible redress is to determine the validity and legality of all the votes in those states (and then some) with indesputablly balanced refereeing.

    As I see it,the 2018 Executive Order requires some things to happen.
    First the election must be held and carefully spied on.
    The Post election actions must take place so that the criminal actions are set in stone.
    The guilty must be made to feel safe,enabled and immune, so that they openly parade their treason.
    The normal methods to protest and seek protection from a fraudulent election must all be seen to be tried,as this exposes even more enablers and protectors of the fraud..
    Then 45 days after the election a report must be tabled,Friday the 18th December by my count,by the NSA, on the conduct of the Nov 3 election..
    Now if this report says “Wonderful Election,no foreign agencies involved”,President Biden and the retreads are tomorrows creatures.
    If the report is brutally honest,then the arrests begin,along with a the confiscation of huge amounts of wealth held by all participants.
    Poor old Joe becomes yesterdays man in a heartbeat.
    Fortunately for JB,I doubt he will know the difference,in fact he may enjoy his current state of health longer if prevented from being President.

    I believe you can spot the Republicans who are inside the need to know loop,for too many are too calm and too relaxed over the shameless manipulation of the vote result in the Democrat Enclaves.
    For it is hard to get all worked up about a group stealing the election,when you have all their machinations on the record.

    1. Why would the Supreme court choose to abdicate it’s role in a context where the population is seriously divided? A hearing and a legal ruling of some sort puts the case to rest — at least to some degree. But for them to simply dismiss the case, as Reason suggests, would be outrageous and a slap in the face for many Americans who are convinced of massive cheating, That would surely be a way to ignite a civil war.
      Whether or not you agree, the 74 million + who voted for Trump deserve a fair hearing, which has not yet happened.

  14. Question for the Bull Pen……How do the American public and their institutions react during the 48 hrs following SCOTUS decision that election was illegal in those key states? Immediate revolt, cities burn, general strike, roving gangs of rabid Dem groups looting and burning and killing? Or just pouting and indignation among the left? (yeah, right)

    Those states in question would either have to re-vote (outside of the Constitution rules, per required timetables?) or it goes to House of Reps where each state gets but ONE vote (assures re-election of DJT since majority of states have majority Repub within their delegations) (electoral College on steroids) (fits Constitution rues).

    The question is: how does the nation respond? I imagine an absolute fit being pitched by every leftist entity… to the point of calls for violent revolution. I foresee general strike, blocked highways, overnight burning of homes of every Repub politician and official and even individual donors (that list is fully available online, with maps to their homes)… burned to the ground. It will quickly escalate into shooting battles as soon as it hits the suburbs (perhaps within hours?)… starting with armed homeowners defending their homes and families, with extreme prejudice. That is when BLM, antifa, and their thus-far concealed backroom directors bring in their in-house mercenaries to “defend” all those “peaceful protesters” from the now-empowered racist militias.

  17. I would wager good money that the supreme court will decline to hear the case.

    1. They are, as a general rule, very reluctant to interfere in elections.

    2. There isn’t enough time to hear the case before the Electoral College votes, after which Biden will be president elect, whether elected by fair means or foul.

    3. They may well take into consideration the reaction from the radical left, ANTIFA, BLM, and the like should they award the election to Trump. The enraged rioting, burning, looting and violent death will be massive beyond all previous uprisings.
