What alternative would you propose to grain farmers?
A buddy stopped by yesterday for a beer. He just spent 5 weeks seeding. Sure there were some rain delays (few) but these guys are farming BIG acreage.
I know a guy who is farming 50,000 acres. He has the where with all to combine with a few others and negotiate grain sales but few do.
Farmers are at the mercy of the tyrant. We get a stupid government with a goofy trade policy and these farmers are down the tube.
