  1. It is fortunate that humans started burning fossil fuels to release CO2. It looks like we saved life on earth. We were a hair away from disaster.

  2. I was looking at the twitter commenters who were sputtering “but, but other factors besides CO2”. Obviously, CO2 induces CAGW neurosis in susceptible people which affects reading comprehension.

    CO2 doom acolytes find it unthinkable that the devilish CO2 molecule has any positive effects despite very solid evidence that plants love CO2 and plants and animals thrive better in warmth than in the cold. Where is biodiversity the greatest? Where in the natural world are concentrations of plants, animals and humans the greatest? Warmer places, of course. The same people who say that the negative CO2 Greenhouse effects are proved through physics will deny that positive effects of CO2 that are proved through biology, crop science and chemistry (particularly organic chemistry). In fact, commercial greenhouses use knowledge of both the greenhouse effect and CO2 fertilization effect to increase yields. They pump CO2 into their greenhouses.

      1. I always find it amazing how many of the strongest CAGW blowhards do not understand the carbon cycle or that plants are primarily made of carbon. Then again the biggest CAGW blowhards also not really understand the water cycle, the ice age/interglacial cycle, the planetary cycle, ocean cycles (PDO, AMO)….

        For all their talk of science, their knowledge seems very selective. More of an NPC type, externally programmed, mechanical repetition of talking points loop of knowledge. A repetitive chant, not true understanding.

        I also think that CAGW environmentalism is the gateway drug to embracing an extremely authoritarian pseudo-religious political movement. /s

    2. Apparently human induced CO2 is an isotope of natural CO2, so makes all the difference. Except for heat escape that is.

      And the oceans, and the trees, and water vapour, and the sun and the earth’s tilt and orbit, or an infinity of other variable.

      But humans must be “to blame,” in pure Frankfurt Fiction logic, who’ve decided their ideas only are correct because dissenters are very bad people, so there’s no point in discussing alternatives because it’s settled that there aren’t any, with only Holocaust deniers and other racists not seeing and yielding to their wisdom.

      So they hand science over to people with fine arts and literature degrees. What could go wrong?

      Their latest pupil, AOC, truly understands the link between guaranteed income and housing and global warming with her Brave New Green Deal World. If only we could understand how much she cares and how much we fear her booming intellect.

  3. More deer in the forest means more coyotes and wolves. More plant food in the atmosphere yields more plants. Fewer solar flares yields less heat for planet earth. It isn’t difficult.

  4. Here’s the mandatory kneeling to the CAGW church. These remind of religious statements that scientists had to make to not get in trouble with the Roman Catholic church in times long past.

    I read that as the CO2 fertilization effect is logarithm. I find that ironic because the warming effect of increased CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere is also logarithmic. The CO2 warming effect is not linear and not exponential despite how it is presented in research and the media’s The End is Nigh stories. Any runaway warming predictions come not from the physics of CO2 but from unverified guesses about tipping points and computer models of positive feedback loops that are not observed in nature, usually then fed through another computer model using the extremely unlikely IPCC RCP 8.5 scenario. It’s computer models all the way down.

    Beware of computer generated, politically biased WAGs (wild ass guesses) and SWAGs (scientific wild ass guesses) about future warming. The warming may actually reveal nature’s negative feedbacks that keep the Earth’s temperature in a relatively stable range.

  5. The average person could not tell you the level of CO2 in the atmosphere, nor anything else to do with climate variability, but they sure as hell can attribute any change in the weather to “climate change”, and justify any socialist tax policies as a requirement to “fight” it.

    This cannot have occurred without mass indoctrination, which is the role our media plays.
    Stating the obvious here, but it certainly does not bode well for the west.

    There is literally no policy to radical that the average idiot stick low information voter will not support, as long as you tell them they are racist if they disagree.

    The Yellow Vest anti-government movement (#YellowVests, #GiletsJaunes) began in France on November 17, 2018, when over 300,000 people across France protested a carbon tax on fuel. President Emmanuel Macron claimed the French were leading the world in the battle against climate change. The Yellow Vest protests evolved rapidly into an all-out general anti-government movement that was supported by 70% of the French population. When Macron was forced to back out of the tax, the first thing he did was look for something else to tax to make up the difference. Then the French government had to ask Brussels for an exemption from austerity. This all proved one thing — the fuel tax was really about just raising taxes.

    A carbon based life-form abasing itself about the increased abundance of the gas of life.The mind boggles.
    The meme crumbles more each day.
    Soon it will be Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Cooling,caused by ;Que surprise…Burning fossil fuels.
    And ..Drumroll please.. the solution will be…Global Governance and state control,otherwise known as international socialism.
    Or the rule of the useless and clueless in the name of a unproven ,near impossible problem.

    Oh wait, that has already been done,I was in school in the 1970s,”The Ice Age was coming” and the solution was..”Stop burning fossil fuels and surrender all your freedoms to your parasitic overlords”.
    I find it fascinating that the Cult of Calamitous Climate are driven to lie about the cooling planet scare and by their formal attempts to deny written history.

    1. It would appear their solution for EVERY problem, is Global Socialism. The SCIENCE IS SETTLED CROWD always tell us that ALL of the scientists AGREE that CAGW is killing us all. Actual science, the REPEATABLE variety, is rarely ever spoken of, when it comes to CAGW. That is kind of like religion, before the Reformation of the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages.

  8. Basic high school chemistry is rarely ever spoken of when it comes to CAGW. The confusing of carbon (solid) with CO2 (gas) seems to be standard science these days. The “fact” that CO2 is a pollutant seems to be indisputable. It must be true because the talking heads told me so.
