  1. You see, once the minor players get outta the way, Her Magnifence Chrystia Freeland,( she used to be a JOURNALIST, you know), will rejoin the discussion and put Canada into a trade deal that will benefit us little Canadians to the detriment of both the Spics and the Yankees. Trump’s team will do exactly what the lovely and charming Freeland demands, as apparently she reminds Trump of his nights with Stormy, and he’s a sentimental fool when it comes to business deals.

    1. And, as will likely be the case, whatever cookie crumbs Freeland, et. al., manage to get out of those negotiations will fall short of their expectations. Needless to say, that’ll be blamed on the previous government for not having looked out for the country’s interests in international trade.

  2. I wonder when it will dawn on the Liberals that they need a new negotiator. Actually, they need a whole new team. I doubt any of them understands trade.

  3. That was a laugh out loud “news brief”.
What a polite way for the USA and Mexico to tell the juveniles to “Go away adults talking”, and these halfwits announce this like it is good news, trade progress?or something.
Gamn captcha is completely lost it’s mind now.

  4. Trump is negotiating a *new* deal with Mexico. Once it’s done, there will be no NAFTA. Canada will be offered a similar deal to the one worked out with Mexico. NAFTA is dead.

    1. Yup, last time it was Mexico that was told what the deal would be with Canada and the US, this time we are going to get a take it or leave it offer. I wonder if the terms in some sectors will be something Bernier would approve of.

Looking forward to Juthtin wearing a rainbow sombrero.

    2. It will absolutely not be similar to the Mexican deal. Justin the Lesser will say it’s much better, which will mean it’s much, much, much…enough muchies? nah, … much, much, much worse.

On the other hand it will require Trudeau to be a waiter at a Guadalajara gay bar, so it’s all good. That’s just Trump being pissy because Trudeau is a jerk, but the Trumpalo will make him comply and serve drinks to the boys.

  5. More strange too, that the new Mexican gov’t was thought to be left of the NDP in Canada, and now it’s the #Libranos who are going to be seen as truly inept and not be able to come to an agreement with team USA.

  6. Brace yourselves. We’re in for a very rough ride. Exchange for U.S. currency now. Invest in precious metals, dissolve your debts, and become frugal. Deficits will be hitting 40 billion a year by 2020 and Trudeau will begin nationalizing and printing more money to make the plebs feel richer. There is no hope until 2023 at the earliest, but by then it may be too late.

  7. Yup Nafta is dead. We are seated in the corner with Justin wearing the dunce hat. I wonder when they will wake up to the fact that we are dead in the water and will have to agree to whatever the US wants unless we want a total collapse of our economy. This is a nightmare and no one seems concerned. Only thing that could save us now is Chrystia showing up in the black dominatrix outfit she wears to whip Justin’s butt. I don’t see Trump going for it but heck he went for Stormy.

    1. We are seated in the corner with Justin wearing the dunce hat.

But that’s what he wants. He’ll allow the country to be destroyed, blame it on either Harper or Trump, and then portray himself as Canada’s saviour, all in order to be re-elected.

      1. First rule of new left politics is let the serfs know who’s boss. The actual affect of the policy that does so they could care less about. The important thing in their eyes is to smack the common man around a bit. Let them know who’s in charge, and pretty soon would be “ troublemakers “ will be too scared to cause any “trouble”.

  8. I’m willing to wager that a deal with Canada and the U.S. will come no sooner than 18 months after the signing of the Mexico/U.S. deal.

The U.S. will let us wither on the vine until Canada has no choice. They are in no hurry to make silly little deals based on social justice ideals.

    No hurry at all.

    1. Oh yeahhhhh … we’re in a big damn hurry to ensure Freeland’s sisterhood of carpet munching transgendered and fluid gendered pals are “acknowledged” and “accommodated” in trade talks. Yep … we cannot WAIT to “right” those “wrongs”. Dum dum de dum dum dum.

    1. I suspect BOTH her front and rear holes have been quite … enlarged … from excessive use. No lubricant necessary.

  9. So what are those bilateral issues the US and Mexico are supposedly trying to resolve?

(Answer: the US is insisting that if Mexico wants a trade deal, damn right it will foot the bill for the border wall.)

    1. And, perhaps, no Mexican goods built in Chinese owned factories, or made with dumped Chinese steel, will be permitted duty free entry into the United States.

  10. A third wheel ? If you look more closely at the Trudeau Liberal dog and pony show.

You’ll see Justin Trudeau and Chrysta Freeland dressed as mimes riding unicycles.

That is how the Trump administration sees them, too.

  11. Wow. Thanks chubby. For stating the obvious … that you FROZE yourself out of the REAL NAFTA talks. Hope you like sloppy seconds … from our front-hole deficient trade negotiation team. There won’t be any lesbian-coupling when we finally get around to screwing YOUR Canada. Stupid social justice twit.

  12. ” . . . Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland said on Friday.”

Have any American sources popped up to agree that this is the current thinking of the two countries?

(Not that I’d accuse CF of falsity, of course . . . )

  13. PS … thank you Justin and Freeland … for weakening the Canadian dollar. My daughter’s upcoming Canadian wedding is being bought at a 30% discount. It’s like I am gettin a … “going out of business” … discount on everything I buy with my muscular, toxic-male, super-Capitalist Trump dollars!! Sweet!

  14. The real question is which part of Canada will the Liberals throw under the bus? Any guesses?

    1. Another question is whether Trump would go along with that game. He could cause extremely big problems for Trudles if he refused to go along with the recommendations of the Laurentian elite, by refusing to agree a deal incorporating the typical beggar thy neighbor approach that lies at the heart of the Liberal’s approach to Federal politics. President Trump is far better at one on one negotiation then the chump who is PM. Trump should immediately end NAFTA and force a deal before the election. A far better agreement would be reached for Canada if he knew the deal would be revealed to the voters before the election.

  15. That Department of Commerce Report on the auto-trade should be out in the new year . Does Vickie understand yet that when the DOC says “national security” concern, it is not talking about an invasion of the USA by Canada’s military i.e like in 1812? Too bad she didn’t get it and act in time on the steel and aluminum file. She could have avoid those tariffs that were recommended by the DOC. Dear Vickie: if you are still confused, the report is available online .

That BS 1812 narrative spun the PMO & peddled by MSM.ca even got the CPC to stand shoulder to shoulder with the LPC. And “””Doug Ford says he is standing with the federal Liberals in Canada’s trade negotiations with the USA “”” Is Doug OK with Vickie having compared Trump to Hitler in a NY Times feature article just before the G7 summit? I seems she just can’t help herself carrying on like a SJW with a front hole.

Even if that big blue wave materializes (less and less likely) in the mid-terms, after Canaduh expressly targeted Trump voters with retaliatory tariffs, its still Trump’s hand picked men who sit at the negotiating table and Ontario will be saying goodbye to to 100,000 jobs.

  16. The Canadian strategy, apart from anything else, appears to be to wait until after the mid-term elections in the US; a strategy no doubt advocated by Obomber as he goes around the world trying to sabotage the US and Trump.

    1. Yeah, I agree. The hope for a Democrat takeover in Congress is not necessarily a bad strategy for Canada, especially when coupled with the hope for a Trump impeachment or at least a dramatic weakening. So, yeah, and maybe. No real downside in waiting and possibly a big upside.

And NAFTA is dead as others have pointed out. Bilateral agreements with different provisions for Mexico and Canada are in, at least for the immediate future. This also changes the dynamic for an agreement, simplifying it I’d say.

  17. She’s blowing smoke up our collective a$$es. She knows Canada will lose at the trade talks, when Canada is eventually allowed back at the table. She wants Canada to lose at the trade talks, she has worked hard to ensure that Canada loses. She and Fancy Socks Boy think, (probably correctly), that battling the evil Trump in the next Federal election is a winning strategy. If it costs the Canadian consumer billions, they think that is a small price for us to pay.
