  1. I totally need that….. now the stars are properly aligned(so ’70’s)
and my meridians are in sinc, meaning in full homeopathetic bloom….

  2. Kind of old news but I just got reminded of what a hypocrite DiCaprio is.

A 747 develops 96,000 hp. At cruising speed (not using all that power) it gets a second to a gallon of fuel. The yacht that he leased to cruise the Brazilian coast in the 2014 World Cup, the Topaz, the fifth largest private yacht in the world, develops 48,000 hp. It has maximum speed of 27 something mph, and cruises at 22. So I am guessing it gets something less than two seconds to a gallon of fuel. Or, something like 80 some gallons per mile. If an average American drives 10,000 miles a year on a car getting 25 mpg, he uses 400 gallons a year. That gets 5 miles on the Topaz.

So this guy claims he is carbon neutral because he pays this company to plant enough trees to offset 10,000 tons of “carbon” per year. First of all, the average footprint of an American is 19,000 tons. He’s covering only half of that, and I bet his footprint is more like several hundred Americans, at least, combined. Secondly, there are 5 billion people in the world. There are not enough acreage for everyone to plant trees to be carbon neutral. What are the little people supposed to do?

Wait, there is more. The Topaz is owned by an Abu Dhabi billionaire sheikh. You know why this guy is a billionaire? Abu Dhabi is floating on oil. That’s the kind of people this Green Monster hobnobs with. The story is that DiCaprio leased the yacht. Maybe he just got it quid pro quo. You know, keep on convincing Americans not to use their own oil but buy it from Arabs, and I’ll let you use my yacht. Oh, don’t worry about the fuel. I’ve got tons of it.

And he’s the UN Messenger of Peace with a special focus on climate change. I cannot even fathom the depth of depravity required to have that kind of hypocrisy.

  3. While Julie Lalonde is a bad feminist, there is no excuse to take example from her Saskatchewan.
As a province you are falling behind in signing the petition to hold Trudeau answerable to his own enforcement of standards.
As it stands, per capita: Alberta is in the lead followed closely by New Brunswick. Saskatchewan is rounding the bend in third now challenged by the dark horse Yukon Territory! At great distance, to the rear, Quebec. A province renowned for impregnable feminism now looks the other way because their shiny pony is a groper.
Don’t let these whores grind you down.

  4. I heard the Great White North just suffered a shooting in New Brunswick. Of course our media is covering it up as it does any incident involving guns in a gun-controlled polity, and yours doesn’t seem to be too eager to find out what happened. I’ve been waiting for the truth from SDA, y’all are going to find it, aren’t you?

From yesterday’s NP. How soon till Scheer caves?

‘NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh used the social media platform to say he’s been waiting for Scheer to “do the responsible thing” and denounce what he calls Bernier’s “divisive” words.
“To everyone that belongs to a diverse community — who’s been told you don’t belong — I’ve been in your shoes, I get it,” Singh wrote, saying he’s “deeply disappointed” in Scheer.’

WTF does belonging to a diverse community mean? And does he know what divisive means? Does he not know why the words are similar? This dude is educated? And didn’t this ‘diversity dude’ marry a chick from his own very select community? Is the hypocrisy of some “cultural leaders” basically shown when they say you better change and accept our differences?

Can Andrew Scheer put a Buck knife on his belt and walk into the HoC Chamber?

  8. Listening now to Scheer telling the press how he is working to re-elect the Liberals. The Liberals are going to split the Conservatives again if the leaders keep getting sucked into the Liberal traps, just like the Ontario Liberals did for 18 years. He is just waffling.

  9. Of course, we knew this was coming. (Well except for a few peddle princesses here who, while celebrating, will hopefully realize what filthy stinking liberals they really are.)

“China and the U.S. are set to resume trade talks for the first time since June.

A meeting between the two countries, which would be between lower-level officials than earlier talks, would mark a breach in the standoff that has arisen since talks broke down in the spring. U.S. officials have repeatedly said they were open to new talks but insisted that China had walked away rather than offer serious reform.”

  11. Not sure of the import but quite interesting?

Without a conspiracy, how was accomplice Gate’s testimony independently corroborated.

Apparently the documentation is damning, but again does it remove reasonable doubt?

I’m not a lawyer, don’t know, just wondering.

“The Latest: Jury sends 4 questions to Manafort judge.”

One question asked for a redefinition of “reasonable doubt.” Others dealt with the list of exhibits, filing rules for foreign bank accounts and the definition of the term “shelf companies,” used to describe some foreign companies used by Manafort.”

Judge T.S. Ellis told the jury they need to rely on their collective memory of the evidence to answer most questions. He provided a basic restatement of his earlier instructions about reasonable doubt.”

  12. So, the Power and Politics focus for tonight is on Bernier’s tweets. They are working hard to get other conservatives to repudiate Bernier for his remarks. What is so very unfortunate is that we should be using the remarks to open up a dialogue on diversity and on how much is too much? Do you at some point lose your identity as a country by bringing groups with incompatible values? But no, the CBC prefers its silly mischirf making, so long as Conservatives are the target. Bernier has articulated something that is of considerable concern to Canadians. The tone-deaf CBC could care less.
Scheer looked weak and the other guy was barely articulate — even parrotung Trudeau’s cliche “Canadian is a Canadian, blah, blah” . Sure, but what exactly is a Canadian. Nobody knows, or if they do, they won’t say.

  13. There is a one-hour video of a Trump cabinet meeting up on a thread at The Last Refuge. It is surprisingly interesting viewing.

The special SDA interest here is that Canada is mentioned no less than seven times in 56 minutes and the mentions are not good news. Trump himself talks about Canadian lumber imports and dairy tariffs, and Robert Lighthizer mentions that there are absolutely no negotiations with Canada currently as he is working on a deal with the Mexicans, after which he’ll talk with Canada. Trump repeats that he’s going to do something about the dairy tariffs and that NAFTA has been a disaster.

I don’t see any mention of this in our wonderful media, but it is important stuff and easier to watch than you might expect. It’s hard to avoid the conclusion that Justin and Chrystia have messed up baaaaaddd with Donald.
