The police said the reporters were getting in their way when they tried to put out the flag burners. ha.

    Donald J. Trump; having read Lying Ted’s Speech, immediately put into place Trump’s squelch and take back of the Convention after reading the smear Jam of Lying Ted. The Entrance of Donald J.Trump was timed to the second. The New York Delegation primed for the “endores now” Chant.
    The Chant picked up by the appropriate other State Delegations, especially Texas. Ohio ignored; The Bush Family now removed as Polticial Players; Kasich becoming a ? in the next Ohio State Republican Primary.
    The absolute determined second for the Presumptive Candidate to step into the Convention covered by the pre-arranged Camera Locations and Focusing, the momentum for Trump’s Candidacy seized before Cruz could even get it off the ground.
    What a Doofus Cruz is !! He could have had the Supreme Court Position for the next Thirty Years and might have even moved beyond the Associate Justice to a commanding Role.
    But Cruz was not really concerned in the retention of the Amercan Constitution which is and has been the bulwark which the Sovereign American Citizen retakes control against the inevitable corruption of Vested Interests. Lying Ted wanted to get off the Porch and play with the Big Dogs in the World. He was Run over by the Car he was chasing. He was slapped down like a Mouthy Male Child inner city as soon as the Support Cheques stop.

  21. Yess but a lot of world leaders will be routing for Hillary – business as usual, a president bought and paid for. On the other hand, Trump is dangerous to them because he is apparently unpredictable.

  23. Don’t be too sure of that. The president of Hungary, Orban, (I know, bit player) has already publically come out in support of Donald Trump for president. Many of the potential Brexit followers may well sign on in due course.

    Also, has anyone noticed that when ever hitlery looks like she might get some traction something happens? Don’t think conservatives are dogging her as they wouldn’t do drip drip. How about someone or group who would prefer chaos in order to profit and game power:? Hitlery wins and the right won’t riot. They don’t even leave trash on the mall in Washington when they protest. Trump wins and inner cities will probably burn.

  25. The figurative and literal body count left in the wake of the Clintons is phenomenal. You would think that after that many human sacrifices people would be catching on. For about the 100th time lightening has struck someone standing next to a Clinton, without the Clinton being touched.

  26. At least Cruz still has his dignity and principles. Hey may not have endorsed Trump but he will still likely hold his nose, and carry a puke bag into the booth while he votes for him. What is left of the dignity of most of the rest of the candidates as they became his dancing street monkeys is another question. The only “team” Trump works with are grovelling yes-men. Trump may be preferable to the Evil Mrs. Clinton but he is never the less the kind of ego-maniacal corporate asshole that I would never work for …again.

  27. A political party is a coalition. When Lying Ted tells Republicans to vote for whomever they wish, Republicans would be tempted to vote for anyone but Lying Ted. When his Senate term is up in 2018, he’s toast. His stupidity is beyond belief. Such a waste.

  35. Horseshit. He has neither. Two of his biggest financial donors and backers, the Mercers (owners of Breitbart) have publicly come out and denounced his handling of the convention. He’s reviled in the senate, he’s seen as a backstabber and not a party supporter, and not believed as a constitutionalist. His national career is over, for good reason.

    Cleveland was supposed to be Chicago ’68 redux. Didn’t happen. Oh wait, Chicago ’68 was the DNC. Hmmm, it’s always sunny in Philadelphia, but this week not so much.
    For Cruz, this past week didn’t shake out as planned. Pretty much the same way Nixon probably felt in 1962. Give Ted some rehab-time in the wilderness and all will be forgiven.

It seems the opportunity to “make history” seems to be uppermost in liberal’s eyes, no matter the qualifications or experiences or un-indicted offences of their candidate.
    Debbie What’s-Her-Name should be thankful her marble-mouthed mumbling speech won’t be delivered. Quite possibly the second worst orator on the Dem’s side.
    Finally, Trump won’t become president. Sadly, in the environment down in the excited states, some Arthur Bremer will take it upon himself to see that doesn’t happen.

  47. Would you endorse a man who called you a liar, and mused that you were a multiple adulterer and that your dad might be in on th jfk assassination? Trump apologized for none of it. Cruz was steadfast that he would not endorse by name and trump still asked him to speak at the convention (Rubio would only do it by video). Trump knew it was coming yet still went ahead.
    Were I Cruz I would have not spoke without at least an apology. And then endorsed.
    What happened was trumps fault – not Cruz’.

  49. I would call it tone deaf and politically dumb. I don’t think he is the petulant type – I think he thinks pur laine damn the torpedoes conservatism is winnable path to the presidency.
    I think he is probably the guy who could come closest to acheving that. But that it can’t be achieved. Some compromise – especially on the socon stuff has to be made to win.
