  1. It’s always free for the layabouts, the shiftless, the work-shy. It’s not for those of us who actually pay for it, but, then, we clearly have so much money that we don’t need it in the first place.

  2. You know … Hillary Clinton regularly lectures that men don’t like her because she is a “strong woman”. That men FEAR “strong women” …
Here’s my best answer to Hillary-the Liar … Judge Jeanine ! I adore her. Now tell me she isn’t a strong woman ?! And tell me again how I fear “strong women” … Correction Hillary … I fear YOU! I fear the DAMAGE you have done to our country, and the total destruction you could wreak if you become President.

  3. Trudeau is off to Washington to thank his supporters. They like him so much in Washington, can’t they please keep him?
Outspoken anti-oilsands group to host Justin Trudeau in Washington
OTTAWA – Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s visit to Washington next week for a state dinner at the White House will also see him attend two events co-hosted by an American group that’s unabashedly anti-oilsands and has called for the “dirty” crude to be left in the ground.
Trudeau will be the guest of honour at a reception Wednesday and speak at a luncheon Friday co-hosted by the Center for American Progress, a progressive U.S. think-tank that has repeatedly attacked the oilsands as “destructive” and “dirty tar sands.”
The Washington events are also being organized and co-hosted by Canada 2020, a liberal Canadian think-tank that has a good relationship with the government and has featured Trudeau and Liberal ministers as guest speakers.

  4. Here’s the actual quote from the 2016 Ontario budget:
One area of research that will inform the path to comprehensive reform will be the evaluation of a Basic Income pilot. The pilot project will test a growing view at home and abroad that a basic income could build on the success of minimum wage policies and increases in child benefits by providing more consistent and predictable support in the context of today’s dynamic labour market. The pilot would also test whether a basic income would provide a more efficient way of delivering income support, strengthen the attachment to the labour force, and achieve savings in other areas, such as health care and housing supports. The government will work with communities, researchers and other stakeholders in 2016 to determine how best to design and implement a Basic Income pilot.

  5. Here’s an idea re: the Canadian experiment with “basic income” … why not have each taxpayer “adopt” a poor Canadian who needs assistance and simply write them a check each month for “the basics” ? You know … much like the “Children’s Fund” or “Save the Whales”. Cut the government middle-man completely OUT of the equation. No overhead. No government siphoning-off 70% or more of the funds. Then, each adoptive “donor” can keep track of their dependents … check-up on them … track their progress toward self-sufficiency. Huh ? What do you think ?

  6. Sadly, I have to agree with your characterization of THIS Pope as the Anti-Christ … or at least the Anti-John the Baptist … announcing the Anti-Christ. Preparing the way for the Anti-Christ. Leading his flock of sheep to a slaughter … isn’t very Christian. Why isn’t the Pope focusing on making the Muslim homelands more hospitable ? Why isn’t he lecturing Sunni to start “accepting” Shia and vice-versa ? Why isn’t he wagging a Papal finger at all the FILTHY RICH oil Sheikdoms to start re-distributing THEIR wealth ? Why is he lecturing European Christians that THEY must take Muzlims into their countries ? Why isn’t the Pope shipping these Muzlims to HIS homeland in Argentina ? Why not show how gracious the Spanish-speaking peoples of the world will be to Izlam ? Wouldn’t his Socialist homeland be a wonderful setting for these fine, fine, peaceful people ? Surely they would “integrate” as well in Argentina as in Germany ?

Karl Rove is now showing them how to stop Donald Trump,
and I know he still believes Mitt Romney can win this election.

  8. US politics is getting what it badly needs after Obama’s tenure, a shake-up and Trump is doing it.
We could use a sh!t disturber right here in Canada. We need some straight talk about issues that rally affect our lives now and into the future. People need to be offended, political correctness is caving in and standing for nothing.

  9. Ha! … Karl Rove still thinks that HE (and) Mitt Romney WON the 2012 election. I believe this was termed ‘shell shock” after WWII. I am certain that Rove and Romney still hear and see their FAILED campaign BLOWING UP in their faces. Morons.

A few people here asked the rhetorical question: what part of burn it down do you not understand? I confess I didn’t get it; I do now. I no longer care a fig about Trump’s ideological make up — his inconsistencies, his flip-flopping, his checkered history.

  11. Pathetic pandering video. Is this what MS does instead of making a workable replacement for Windows 7 ?
So … MS is revealing to us … for the first time in history … that women can do stuff too ? Wow ! What a revelation ! Gee, so NOBODY in whole wide world (except the right kind of feminists) knew that women could do stuff. Doesn’t this crap ever get tedious ? So these girls have NEVER learned (from their 95% female teachers) that women could do stuff. Well … it MUST due to the colonial patriarchy … right girls ?!
It always makes me laugh when I hear some government bureaucrat say that we just need more “education” about … fill in the blank … the dangers of smoking, the dangers of drugs, the use of seat belts, condom use, etc. as IF the entire population hasn’t already heard it all.
How about teaching these girls that not ALL inventions are equal ? That some are SO monumental with respect to impacting human history that their inventors are remembered and celebrated ? Sorry gals … but if you didn’t invent something like the telephone, then you might not make it into a textbook. How about teaching these girls some “logic” and “common sense” rather than your feminist inferiority complex ?

  12. So does Patrick Brown not have people researching these things? If he want’s to get elected, all he has to do is say he will eliminate any carbon tax. Most voters are totally skeptical at this point. Such a position would not be hard to defend even on practical, economic grounds — even if for diplomatic reasons you did not want to actually call the “global warming”, “climate change” nonsense a “scam”.

  13. Does $500 get you a big screen TV these days? If only there was some mechanism in place to monitor First Nation’s spending.
First Nation men accusing chief of bribery ahead of election
In sworn affidavits, the men say they were approached either by Chief Vern Janvier or the band’s administrator, Kevin Couselan, and offered $500 if they promised to reelect Janvier in the band’s March 10 election. The First Nation is located approximately 125 kilometres south of Fort McMurray, near the hamlet of Janvier.
    […]
In 2014, Janvier’s oilfield servicing company, CP Services, signed a sponsorship deal with Jamaica’s olympic bobsleigh team, totalling $140,000 over four years. He also sponsors Nick “The Promise” Ring, a UFC fighter based in Calgary.
According to data released by the First Nations Financial Transparency Act, the band overspent its travel budget by $2.8 million between 2013 and 2015. During the same period, Janvier’s salary and travel remuneration totalled $411,101.

  14. There is no easier way to destroy a person than take away their dignity. Look no further than our reservations. But don’t worry the Liberals will be creating many good new jobs. I wonder how big of a department it will take to regulate ,enforce, collect and oversee the new carbon tax. And they haven’t even brought forward their plan for the new capital tax. It should take a small army to go around and check that you have listed everything you own. Once they do away with currency, you won’t even have to line up for your pittance. Don’t worry, I am sure they will be telling you how much better it is for you. Of course nobody gets left behind won’t work ,but nobody gets ahead will!

  15. Pat Buchanan:
In every primary upcoming, Trump is under a ceaseless barrage of attack ads on radio, TV, cable and social media, paid for by super PACs with hoards of cash funneled in by oligarchs.
But Trump, who is self-funding his campaign, has spent next to nothing on ads answering these attacks, or promoting himself or his issues. He has relied almost exclusively on free media.
Yet no amount of free media can match the shellfire falling on him every hour of every day in every primary state.
Our Principles PAC, backed by Nebraska’s billionaire Ricketts family, has poured millions into trashing Trump. American Future Fund is dumping $1.75 million in Florida this week; Club for Growth $1.5 million.
Hedge-fund billionaire Paul Singer is backing the Conservative Solutions PAC, which has dumped millions into anti-Trump ads and plans to spend more than $7 million between March 1 and 15, with $4 million of that going into Florida. The super PAC pile-on is unprecedented.
How well Trump fares in Michigan and Mississippi, measured against how well he was doing in polls last week, will reveal just how successful super PAC savagery has been in changing hearts and minds.
Can millionaires and billionaires who back open borders, mass immigration, globalization and the disappearance of nation states into transnational collectives overwhelm with their millions spent in ads the patriotic movements that arose this year to the wonderment of America and the world?
Has that proud 18th century boast of Americans, “Here, sir, the people rule!” given way to the rule of the oligarchs?

  16. 5:30 mark “namby pamby” hey, that’s my favorite insult !!!
ohhhhhhh gawd I love this lady. call ’em like she sees ’em.
ya Trump is abrasive, crass, arrogant and insensitive. SO WHAT. that’s politics. certainly in 2016.
legions of critics in the old party elite, truly, truly willing to shoot themselves right in the nuts to scuttle Trump’s chances. the fact remains, Trump IS the one to stop Hellary. you vote for the one likely to do the least damage. Hellary will turn that nation into an ABOMInation. she is the type who will increase by magnitudes the secret assassinations of her enemies. the worst of despotism and the middle ages type deadly loyalty and fealty power system.
or Donald Trump who yes, lost billions but figured out how to make a comeback. THAT is what the nation needs RIGHT NOW. another of those historical convergences where the one most needed for the job shows up to fill the breach. Churchill, Washington, U. S. Grant, etc etc.

  17. Magnificent shout out by Judge Jeanine, really excoriating Romney’s and others’ hypocrisy and self interest. I didn’t realize how bad Romney was until I heard the Judge. All I knew was that he was a complete dud and POTUS GOP nominee, who handed a very winnable election to Obama.
WalterF. The letter to Trump was apropos imho. Though I don’t subscribe to the writer’s feelings of fear – perhaps frustration – but agree wholeheartedly with his sentiments, gained confidence & resolve, feelings which I think go across the political spectrum, not just with the present crop of Trump supporters:
Mr Trump: “You taught me how to Win.”
I appreciate what you’ve done for me personally, and what you’re doing for our country. I know I’m not the only man who admires you, and can’t wait for you to become the father, and leader, of our country. It’s been a long, cold winter for men in America the last 8 years, and I believe that your election will dramatically improve the level of respect, admiration, and love people will show for strong men and Fathers, and will create a new generation of leaders from impressionable young boys.”
That, more than anything, will Make America Great Again.”
It’s fun to watch Clinton and the Plutocrats play their tune again and again “Trump is so negative,” all the while he presents an optimistic view of America which wins again on trade, on security, on influence. Up is down in the bizarro world of progressive politics, though their self-congratulatory tone and term are much closer to the fear, ignorance and intolerance they project towards their GOP foes.
Trump is drawing out the poison that is weakening America, a sickly caricature of her once great self, day by day, voter by voter, with unexceptional minds plotting to grow government and diminish the citizen. Canada desperately needs Trump’s kind of fiscal medicine, but our statist apparatchiks withhold treatment, instead pumping more of their progressive virus into our national lifeblood to falsify our heritage and political culture to their arrogant, impractical and self-serving ideologies.
When Trump goes after Clinton, and her magical temporarily declassifying emails, it will be worth all the crap he has to get past, around the influence peddling gauntlet, first the Republican, then the Democrat crony cabals. That’s right, it’s called the Democrat party not democratic; they are far from that, but the tired, afraid and self-entitled GOP “establishment” is taking the same path.

I f I lived in Ontario I would stay home next election. Better to have Wynne destroy the province a little more by replacing industry with bird wackers and bird fryers. That way people might actually wake up at some point.

  21. When government controls wages, they control the economy, therefore the polity, therefore the people.

  22. so she was taking the drug for 10 yrs but it was only *recently* banned?

  23. Gong show warning: “Liberals plan for huge influx of refugees, immigrant spouses at expense of skilled foreign workers.”
The Liberal government has cut the number of skilled foreign workers it will allow into Canada this year to make room for a huge influx of Syrian refugees, immigrant spouses and children. Immigration Minister John McCallum says the reduction in economic immigrants is a “temporary pause” that will have minimal impact on Canada’s well-being and prosperity. But the move has nonetheless raised concerns from business groups about the Liberals’ long-term plans for immigration. At the same time, the government could face a backlash from some ethnic communities for not letting more immigrant parents and grandparents into Canada to be reunited with their families.”
But while Canada will accept more immigrants than ever before, the increases are not across the board. The government will admit about 20,000 more immigrant family members and 25,000 more refugees than in 2015. But between 20,000 and 25,000 fewer skilled foreign workers will be allowed into the country.”
The law of intended consequences proceeds. Job decreation via technocracy and Justin’s meanderings. Legions of boomers retired or slowing down is creating labour shortages, which only skilled immigration, targeted to our needs, can fill. It seems strange to mix up in that what should be a temporary humanitarian mission. Once we finally kill off ISIS, assuming they and their friends don’t find a way to nuke us into total war, the Syrians will go back home leaving us with extra 25,000 unfilled positions.
