   Their reputation for brutality serves as propaganda tool that ISIS uses to demand obedience.”
   This is how ISIS silences those who dare to have disparate thoughts.
   Freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, well freedom of any kind is met with eliminating the ‘violator’.
   Why would they stop now, anywhere or anyhow?
