The US Ninth Circuit protect the scum. It is not enough to prove false hoods (lies), but you must also prove fraud and if successful that may get you a minimal judgment… and then the Court will reward the Environmental group their unsuccessful legal costs. You can’t win, that is why the Environment groups are in California.
Abolish the US Ninth Circuit (bill is in Senate) or a National Class Action lawsuit against the US Ninth Circuit.
