Warming leads to cold snaps, so cooling leads to warm spells? Isn’t that what they warned us about, warming? So in fact what they warned us about – warming – is now causing cooling, which means we don’t have anything to worry about.
In other terms, they’ve not only “jumped the shark” with this explanation, they’ve gone so far as to have given the shark its own TV show and now it is on a motorcycle doing a jump over Fonzie.
Ever more desperate, ever more clueless, but oh so loyal to Gaia and feeling good about themselves for “doing the right thing”.
My computer models tell me the temperature is warming up and quickly and causing increases in tornadoes and hurricanes.
My data tells me the temperature is not warming up, and hurricanes and tornadoes are at record low levels
Gradually, anyone with even an average intelligence realizes real data trumps computer model output.

The left spends tons of time, and are actually pretty good at, convincing people of big problems. But their solution is always the same – less money, less freedom. How is that a solution to anything?

I challenge a CAGW proponent to find any weather condition or climate trend (up, down or pause) that has not been linked to human produced, CO2 driven climate change. Then show that this condition or event is outside of the historical max/min. If your “theory” has the exact same fingerprint as natural variation/cycles then it’s not a theory explaining anything, it’s a hijacking. They can’t prove their theory is better than the nul hypothesis (natural variation and cycles)so they’ve simply renamed Nature as CAGW.
Reminds me of the early Christian practice of building over pagan shrines and celebrating new Christian festivals on the same dates as more the ancient religion.
I believe everything environmental zealots say about Global Warming, just as I believe everything they say about the Delta Smelt.

“Actions speak louder than words. So as far as Al gore, David Suzuki and all other “rich” proponents of junk science are concerned, there is nothing we can do to correct what the earth does naturally. The proponents tell us what to do, but do not do the same themselves. I do not see any rich proponents downsizing their massive “larger than the average human” carbon footprint. If the matters at hand were so catastrophic than why is carbon tax even a suggestion? Wouldn’t it make sense just to halt industrialization so NO carbon is emitted? If AGW aka “Climate Change” was real and a carbon tax was the answer, than that is like suggesting that it is OK to burn your neighbors house down as long as you pay a fee upfront. Let’s clean up pollution, not plant food. Let’s clean up water. Let’s work on technology to store energy properly without the ultra earth killing acid that batteries have today; this would also make windmills and solar power less of a burden to landscapes and the poor taxpayer. The green shift has totally screwed over the populace. Like I said earlier, actions speak louder than words. And our green overlords give us no actions to follow sincerely. The media who also own some blame in this money grab, aren’t doing much to show any real concern either.”
