Well, to be fair, they see the Sun so rarely in England, that it’s perfectly understandable that some installers wouldn’t know that it’s wont to appear the southern sky.
Installing solar panels so they point towards the sun requires common sense and common sense is now so rare it has become a super-power….
Also, 9kW is 30,709BTU which is a huge amount of heat for a two-bedroom apartment in England’s climate.
