Socialist Michael Moore makes a derogatory film about Bush and gets rich, Conservative filmmaker D’Souza makes a derogatory film about Obamba, gets robbed and thrown in jail.

I have watched D’Souza in a few debates, a good way to judge a man’s character….or lack thereof. I used to enjoy watching the likes of Hitchens, etc. sidestepping his sleazier attempts at debate and scoring direct hits on his apologetic blather.
It is being inferred here that his high bail amount is strictly because he is a conservative, an assertion not backed up by any meaningful proof. Defining his case in such terms is as disengenuous as claiming a single weather event must be because of MMGW.
Determining bail amounts can take in far more than just the severity of the accusation like wealth, flight risk, character, etc.. Maybe the judge just has a hard-on for brown adulterer apologists accused of breaking election laws.
Recall that during presidential election # 1 in 2008, Obama received millions from overseas, which is illegal, and disabled the country of origin field in the on line donation site.
