Ezra Levant gets results: Mock trial of David Suzuki suffers setback as judge withdraws after questions of possible bias

Ezra is a machine! The guy is truly inspiring. And what is even funnier is that the consensus, group think, half wits in the media can’t even understand what he is doing or how good he is.
Thanks in big part to Ezra, Canadians are starting to find out The Real Nature of Suzuki. And it ain’t pretty…
Here goes da Judge.

Good luck finding a judge who isn’t biased in Favour of Suzuki
Priceless…looks like the great propaganda coup for ‘progressives’ has suffered a setback; as “CO2 is not gassing the planet”.
Fear-mongering, takes it on the beak, as the great carbon tax shaft is a hard sell. The yakuza gambit of Dr “Sumiyoshi” going to the great carbon jail falls flat…oh wail ye people the great tragedy of the climate hustler and his not so fake millions.
Go Ezra Go!!
Cheers

Are there any judges in Canada that haven’t married their cousins?
… I mean their liberal cousins, sorry.
Whats interesting here is the cowardice of this judge.
Before Ezra drew public attention to her decision, she was just fine lending her “stature”to this propaganda.
So why would public scrutiny cause her to change her mind?
Ethics only matter when people are looking?
If it was a good thing to do when no-one was paying attention, why back down when people ask questions?
An investigative journalist would look a whole lot closer at this person and their politics, but as Ezra only has 24 hours in a day and the presstitutes will never look at a liberal who shares their corruption, I guess the fine judge will continue to destroy society from within until she retires from the bench.
Klecptocracy, it needs bootlicking Presstitutes to function.
That a judge would be so incredibly stupid as to agree to such a thing in the first place absolutely boggles the mind. The judge should be removed from the bench.
Ezra should get a Pulitzer. He is the only REAL journalist in Canada. He makes the so-called mainstrem media look positively pathetic. And the REAL story in all of this is just how biased and linked in with the radical left our current crop of “journalists” really are.
above…. Joey is correct
At the Sun site,I suggested they might hire Beverley McLachlin as a substitute for Judge Sachs.
She’s the perfect candidate for this “Trial”, so much more intelligent than the rest of us,and only SHE could maintain a lack of bias.
I hope to see the day in real Court trials, where a Judge will ask the person his political persuasion. If the defendant answers,”Liberal”, it’s an automatic “not guilty”, if it’s NDP,probation, and Conservative, ten years minimum in the slammer.
That’s the only way we can have an honest Justice System in Canada.
Oh,damn! I forgot to insert the obligatory attack on Stephen Harper.
I’m surprised they didn’t hire judge judy — it would fit the farse that they are trying to accomplish.
First rate. Thanks and cheers to Ezra!!!
This judge obviously has bad judgment:
#1) Participating in this asinine mock trial was stupidity of the first degree and an indication that any justice she’d mete out would be partisan.
#2) She’s the common law “wife” of the d—– bag Clayton Ruby.
Two strikes against her. ‘Wonder what the third one will be?
“…wife of Clayton Ruby…”
That’s all you need to know about that judge’s potential for bias.
Too bad they wouldn’t have offered the “prosecution” gig in this mock trial to Ezra. Wouldn’t that have been interesting? He could have asked Suzuki all the questions that he wanted.
Well done Ezra.
I see no problem if the theatre company hires a fake judge, to try a fake scientist, on a phony charge, would not that make the farce more entertaining? Then again there does not appear to much difference between fake judges and real ones in Ontario, it’s easy to see how the theatre company got confused.
Too bad the presstitutes cannot define a real issue, perhaps if they set their brains to figuring out a real crime, like Greenpeace destroying golden rice trials that could solve a large part of the starvation problems in the tropics.
The world is full of fools and Ezra excels at revealing them.
“Whats interesting here is the cowardice of this judge. … So why would public scrutiny cause her to change her mind? Ethics only matter when people are looking?”
What you’ve got to understand is that this judge, Harriet Sachs, is the common-law wife of Clayton Ruby, champion of all things progressive, including being the counsel for Benjamin Levin, alleged kiddie p**nographer for whom, declares Ruby, “I intend to work very hard to see that he shall not be guilty” because, you see, Levin has “status in the community.”
Sachs and Ruby also have “status in the community.” I suspect Sachs felt she was above the law and could dally like this with impunity.
As for Joey’s succinct comment, “The judge should be removed from the bench,” it ain’t gonna happen because she and her common-law hubby have “status in the community.”
Order of Canada for Ezra!
It would be interesting to sit in on a CBC meeting where SUN TV’s relentless and effective hounding of Suzuki is discussed – a bit of a hot potato, one would think!
Here’s the Reader’s Digest list of most trusted Canadians – heaven help us!
Michael J. Fox, actor and activist (82)
Peter Mansbridge, CBC news anchor (71)
David Suzuki, environmentalist, scientist and broadcaster (70)
Wayne Gretzky, former hockey player and coach (69)
Mike Holmes, contractor and TV personality (68)
. Shania Twain, musician (55)
Margaret Atwood, author (53)
David Johnston, governor general (52)
That’s not so much a list of trusted Canadians as a popularity poll.
Sadly, we swim in a People Magazine society in which everyone is entitled to their opinion and the results are patently obvious.
This mock trial has tickets, right? The article says that the verdict will be decided by the “jury” and the AUDIENCE! Surely there are enough conservatives to sell this baby out and convict Saint Suzuki? Where are ye, Ontario Conservatives?
clayton ruby….ain’t he about 3 blocks left of karl marx????
I excel myself:
To understand politics, one only needs to read the Republic by Plato. He laid down the basic principals of the socialist state: The wise and all-knowing Guardians tell the serfs how to live and what to think. All in the name of a “good” and “just” society.
Many modern eco-pimps are already enjoying the benefits of serfdom – first class flight around the world to tell people, on the account of the people, to stop flying around the world,
I’ll check out the event and depending how much the tickets are — ’cause not having “status in the community” I don’t get freebies and nor is my bank account bulging — might just go and be part of “the jury.”
I’ll add a shout out to Ezra! ‘Dog with a bone. Woof! Woof! Go get ’em, boy!
How come the ROM is still advertising Harriet Sachs as the presiding judge of this mock mock trial at the ROM on November 6?
http://www.rom.on.ca/en/about-us/newsroom/press-releases/the-trial-of-david-suzuki
The same link puts the cost per ticket at $50 unless you’re a ROM member and then it’s $45. I don’t have that kind of money to waste on this piece do theatre. And, good God, it’s been set up by a CBC apparatchik — who else? Suzuki and the CBC are Siamese twins and both of them cost the Canadian taxpayer gazillion$.
FIRE. THEM. ALL.
pièce de théâtre
just as I thought, another extreme lefty Joo that ruby is, or in Joe speak, an atheist!!!
What Joey, and cgh said.
Three cheers for Ezra.
NME666, you got it.
There is so much more to this in the fact that Suzuki and friends felt they could freely / easily use public assets such as the ROM & Judicial employees for their political advocacy.
Barb…..I realize that the judge won’t be removed from the bench…..but she SHOULD be.
The word ‘bias’ was used and IMO the word doesn’t adequately convey the behavior this judge was expecting the public to accept. This is a conflict of interest and a clear abdication of the duties she pledged to deliver to Canadians as a servant of the law. Ezra’s letter to this judge obviously engaged some unused gears in her head.
It seems they are just starting to realize that there is more to Canada than moonbats and granola crunching tree huggers. Before Sun news and Ezra in particular there was only the baying of the MSN with no other outlet to give a second opinion or question the wisdom of what was regurgitated as fact by the close circle of friends that was supposed to be the watchdog of logic and common sense. We now have a watchdog in Sun news and the left just hates it. A second opinion that actually questions conventional wisdom and presents the story without the mandatory political correctness. In other words….real journalism. There is hope for this country yet.
How about Judge Ezra?
Anybody thought about askin’ him?
Suzuki, Canadas answer to Britians Jimmy Saville, what pieces of s.it the both of them are and were.
Saw the vid – Levant is a hooooot! – he sure makes them squirm. Man do they hate it when their piousness is not taken seriously. Go Ezra Go!
Judge Judy would totally anihilate the good Doctor. Go, Judge Judy, go!!
Good on Sun News and Ezra in particular for breaking up this progressive computer model.. It always was lynch mob entertainment for the progressive set.. Why a actual Ontario Judge would want to stage dive into this pit of activist vipers I will never know..
Sitting activist Judge skewering due process in the name of her bogus religion, will bring shame and ridicule down on every Judge in Canada..
Think again or turn your card in at the door was the quiet self regulating message.. A gavel with a clown nose undermines the rule of law..
Progressive political pablum? Feeding time for the rich leftist moron..
This is how your politics tastes to us..

Writing for the Divisional Court, Justice Harriet Sachs ruled that the review tribunal was correct and that it was reasonable for it not to hear evidence showing it was not responsible for the oil spill in the first place. At the tribunal, no one disputed the fact that the city was an innocent party when it came to the contamination.
As a result, the Divisional Court has now underscored the law that innocent parties may be forced to cover the costs of pollution caused to their land by a neighbour. The fact that the innocent party here was a municipality does not change the importance of the ruling — innocent parties are responsible for cleaning pollution on their properties, no matter who caused it.
