As if things are not strange enough, I now find it very strange that Kerry is claiming that the “Arabs” (likely House of Saud) will pay the full shot for the attack. This introduces some strange elements in my view. The Saudi’s would appear to want Assad taken out — but Obama is not talking about regime change . . . only targeted strikes to discourage future use of chemical weapons. Of course that is all smoke and mirrors, but I have not exactly figured out what the Saudi’s game is. Let alone that this would make the Americans look like mercenaries — so since when does the U.S do the Saudi’s bidding on foreign affairs?
