  1. Maybe Harper can get on the Red Star’s good side by shipping some weapons to drug dealers in some 3rd world country.

  2. “Holder directed prosecutors to sidestep them by omitting details (the quantity of the illegal substance, for example)”
Wtf?! So,a guy is being prosecuted for possession of heroin, and the Judge won’t know if it was a gram or a pound?
Stephen Harper should conduct a “war on crime” rather than just on drugs, and he can start in the Senate, then the Provincial legislatures across the Country.
After McGuinty is prosecuted in Ontario, Campbell in B.C.,half the politicians in Quebec, and Redford for the debacle in High River, then he can turn to the peasants.
But,lead by example, nail the big crooks first.Build more prisons if necessary.

  3. Release the geenie from the bong, and create more compliant sheep to lord over. That’s easy enough to follow.

  4. Leave it to the malefic Star to butt-snorkel the criminal commissar behind fast and furious (An anti-gun schizoid who runs guns to Mex drug cartels) America’s head attorney who says he ignores the constitution he swore to uphold. I suppose scum is attracted to scum.

  5. Lets be clear, Holder is working to bring relief to the young black community who tend to get in drug trouble more than any other group. I think it is also safe to say that most drug users are democrats. Conservatives either stick to scotch or do their pot smoking in a more discrete manner …. Or they get a real lawyer rather than those legal aid lawyers who are nothing more than social workers with a law degree.
It has become clear that the last people who the Obama/Holder regime are concerned about are the bill-paying white folks who may enjoy a doob upon occasion. The O regime are working hard on behalf of blacks, Hispanics, Muslims, gays and anarchists. Pierre Trudeau would be thrilled.

  6. Only when you are completely stoned would you vote the ‘leftocracy’…such is the ‘wisdom’ spouted by those suffering HDS (Howling Drug Screech).
Soon the “True-Dope-ia” set will sing the praises of drug induced escapism stupor; as if that were an ‘economic action plan’. No doubt ‘stoner’ culture will improve efficiency in the work place; because Cheech and Chong’s “Up in Smoke” was really a policy primer…
I can see it now, the vapid campaign literature, sure to be a boon to the vote chameleons, and hence the populace should ensure that the economy “Vote LIEberally Up In Smoke”…

  7. Laughable article. Making scumbags more accountable for their crimes is equated to legions of doobie smoking convicts? Yes TStar, good point, PMSH must catch up to the US who propose to sidestep/interfere with judges and the law.
You just can’t make this stuff up.

  8. Say what you wish about Holder. I accept all of that. However, what is also true is that the War on Drugs has failed massively.

  9. So let me get this straight…
The same newspaper that was trying to make a big deal out of the Mayor of Toronto allegedly being caught on video smoking crack is now making a big deal about how drug dealers shouldn’t be jailed?
Is this hypocritical, or is this the Star trying to get their source on the previous story to come out of hiding?

  10. In other words, once the marxist talent spotters have met their
quota for deciding who is worthy of being fast tracked to further
indoctrination into Karl’s holiest of holies, watching out for late
bloomers is boring. Why confuse the useless, when the rest of their
education will basically consist of endless variations of Healthy
Lifestyles and Activism 101, along with heavy consumption of pot,
drugs, alcohol, and filling out abortion request forms for themselves
or their illiterate third world partners.

  11. The hypocrisy of the RedStar knows no limits. Its venom towards Rob Ford also knows no limits.

  12. Do these people want to smoke that mj plant indoors? If so, then the tobacco smokers will light up indoors too…who is to know – that would get their unmentionables in a knot, I guarantee!
