Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

What They Say About SDA
"Smalldeadanimals doesn't speak for the people of Saskatchewan" - Former Sask Premier Lorne Calvert
"I got so much traffic after your post my web host asked me to buy a larger traffic allowance." - Dr.Ross McKitrick
Holy hell, woman. When you send someone traffic, you send someone TRAFFIC.My hosting provider thought I was being DDoSed. - Sean McCormick
"The New York Times link to me yesterday [...] generated one-fifth of the traffic I normally get from a link from Small Dead Animals." - Kathy Shaidle
"You may be a nasty right winger, but you're not nasty all the time!" - Warren Kinsella
"Go back to collecting your welfare livelihood." - Michael E. Zilkowsky
Perfect irony.
That is funny
You think maybe they got a heads-up from the death-panel guys that hospice care is the new hotness in medicine? Bang the old biddies full of happy juice and stack ’em up twelve to a room. Automated beds turn them just like hot dogs on the grill and flush away the pee and poo. And barf and spit. And what have you.
Bring Out Your Dead call is 6:30AM.
The Washington Post Co. now has a literal vested interest in seeing Obama re-elected and Obamacare not repealed that can be pointed to as an example of why they are biased in their reporting.
Phantom nailed this dead-center.
If you are a senior and your usefulness is over, Obamacare will make you comfortable in Hospice Care while you die slowly. It is much cheaper than curing you and giving you a few more years of life. After all, you old folks need to get out of the way of the Glorious Future!
Forward!
Going with Oz on this one if this is the new norm then the Media is gona be invested in ObamaCare. I may have been wrong about the next U.S. Civil War. It won’t be Republicans vs. Democrats, it will be Us vs. the State-Run Media.
,
These monuments are drastically overpriced,469 billion Eurotrashes for the Eiffel Tower!
The purpose of buying something,is to make a profit from it,so the ET being nothing more than an expensive tourist trap,at the going rate for a tour, how many visits would it take to recoup 469 billion?
It’s a mountain of bloody rusted scrap iron, nothing more! This thing ain’t the bloody Sphinx,it’s a hundred and twenty-three year old piece of corroded scrap metal!
I bid 10 Canadian loonies,at least they aren’t rusty.
Damn! Wrong thread! Sorry.
Investing in death is a proven strategy as you are always guaranteed customers. Like most print news media , the Washington Post is on its deathbed and buying a Hospice is a natural transition. At least one paper is moving on rather than wringing their hands in anguish over lack of customers. I can just see the new direction in advertising. “We get you now or we get you later. Discount if you subscribe now”
dmorris, have another coffee. 🙂
