Earlier today, Buzzfeed’s Ben Smith announced on Twitter that video researcher Andrew Kaczynski had released “the mysterious Harvard/Obama/race video that the Breitbart folks have been talking about.”
The video, which Kaczynski says was “licensed from a Boston television station,” shows a young Barack Obama leading a protest at Harvard Law School on behalf of Prof. Derrick Bell, a radical academic tied to Jeremiah Wright–about whom we will be releasing significant information in the coming hours.
However, the video has been selectively edited–either by the Boston television station or by Buzzfeed itself. Over the course of the day, Breitbart.com will be releasing additional footage that has been hidden by Obama’s allies in the mainstream media and academia.
Breitbart.com Editor-in-Chief Joel Pollak and Editor-at-Large Ben Shapiro will appear on The Sean Hannity Show to discuss the tape. The full tape will be released tonight on Fox News’ Hannity.

Obama’s college admission papers should be part of the vetting. If he received scholarship funds as a “foreign student” he wasn’t born in the USA or he was lying in his application.

We need to keep digging. The material posted on the Breitbart site inspires further investigation into Obama’s background and his associates. Why isn’t Pam Dickler willing to release the tape of the panel discussion held following the play re. Saul Alinsky? The one where Baraka Obama was a panelist? I followed some links the other night and found some of the socialist groups Obama used to be part of. Google is very helpful.
One possible outcome would be the lamestream lefty media with pie on their face for not vetting the guy. Even then lefty voters will probably swoon over more of his community activism.

Much of the electorate that wasn’t part of Obama’s core support have likely already resolved themselves to voting with a firmly held nose for the Republican candidate, good, bad or ugly. Obama’s core supporters will support him no matter what he was caught doing on video.

I can’t find such a requirement in the US constitution.
The requirement is only to be a ‘natural born citizen’ and this means, to be born in the US. The Constitiution says nothing about the citizenship of one’s parents.
You can be a member of Congress as a citizen, ie, you could be born elsewhere but then, take out citizenship. However, this same person could not be President or VP, because the requirement is to be ‘naturally born’ within the US territory.
“The Congressional Research Service has stated that the weight of scholarly legal and historical opinion indicates that the term means one who is entitled under the Constitution or laws of the United States to U.S. citizenship “at birth” or “by birth,” including any child born “in” the United States, even to alien parents (other than to foreign diplomats serving their country), the children of United States citizens born abroad, and those born abroad of one citizen parent who has met U.S. residency requirements.”

The citizenship question… if a person was an natural born american citizen, then became a citizen of another county while dual citizenship was not permitted, then they have lost their american citizenship, and gained american citizenship again, they are then a naturalized american, not a natural born citizen.
This explains B. Hussien’s trip to Pakistan at a time that non government american citizens were not permitted into that country, and his enrollment in an indonesian school at a time where only citizens could attend schools there.

If AliBama’s remarks can be taken as an endorsement of Derrick Bell’s legal theories, then it is a very big deal. Not news, mind you, to those of us who researched AliBama back in ’08; but now it’s in the public domain.
Bell is at the center of a legal theory movement known as “Critical Race Theory”, a racialist descendant of Critical Legal Theory or Studies, that was all the rage at Harvard when AliBama was there. Critical Legal Theory and Critical Race Theory, and Black Liberation Theology, made AliBama the racist, cultural Marxist ideologue that he is today. (I admit that this fact-based diagnosis of AliBama is not as “sophisticated” as the arm-chair psychotherapist’s diagnosis of him as a pathological narcissist that’s so popular in these parts.)
Among Bell’s more outrageous causes, in addition to his Critical Race Theory, is as apologist for Louis Farrakhan’s anti-semetism. Bell justified it as necessary in order to liberate oppressed blacks.

The clear implication is that Bell, et al., would advocate to expunge that alleged racism, so that the law would be colour blind. This is false. Of course, another reason for Zer0’s sealed records may well be to conceal that he was a foreign student and/or just who paid. That he was registered as a foreign student is a possibility. Without the documents, this is a plausible conjecture.

I totally agree that Obama is a socialist. My focus, however, is on the causes of his socialism. And my view is that he’s not a believer in the ideas of socialism, ie, that the socialist infrastructure is The Best Society. He’s a socialist because he’s a malignant narcissist and the socialist infrastructure is the only political system that sets Him up as a Ruler.
As for the ideas of socialism, my view is that Obama is intellectually shallow and ignorant and hasn’t a clue about the real ideas of socialism. He’s in it because it enables him to be Powerful. The media will pretend the Obama video is nothing, but I think it is in fact a very important video. I don’t think Breitbart is overselling it. It peels away another layer and gives us yet more insight into just what sort of man Obama is. None of these insights into him have come as a surprise to me. I think I have him figured at this point, and you do to. But it would be nice if more voters had him figured as well.

What was most telling image from the video clip on Fox was the setting and atmosphere of the younger Obama speaking as President of the Harvard Law Review about Bell. The majority of students and faculty present were white and they all seemed to be enthralled with their novelty leader speaking about another novelty professor. “we don’t care that they are Marxists and or Racist but just that we must be the most enlightened people on the planet for allowing them to run the show”. A 1991 glimpse into the future of America of 2012.
