The real story here is that the UN, with its tolerance for peacekeeping troops from countries that don’t mind a bout of rape here or there, is doing a hideous disservice to the people it claims to be protecting. That ought to be of interest to the U.S. administration which forks over 27.1% of the UN’s more than $7 billion annual peacekeeping budget, and to Congress, which appropriates the almost $2 billion in taxpayer dollars that thus pours annually into the UN peacekeeping till.

While Mr. Dill has talent, (and I don`t mean to take the wind out of his sails,) however he could not come close to the famous Joseph Pujol, AKA “Le Petomane” AKA “The Fartiste” who could play tunes with his anus. Fartists have the ability to draw air from their rear, and expel it at will. Pujol performed at the Moulin Rouge in Paris in the late 1880`s, and for quite some time.
On a more modern note, a British gentleman named Macclesfield, AKA “Mr. Methane” can do the same, and has appeared on the popular TV show “Britain’s Got Talent.” Just enter “Mr. Methane” on Youtube.

War should always be the last option only if everything else fails, but then it should be the final one. However once committed to war then do it fully and with deadly intention. Nuke the cities and eliminate the bulk of the population as quickly as possible before sending in any troops. Burn the fields, kill the livestock and poison the water. Bomb schools and hospitals, kill women and children first – to eliminate the possibility of the war extending beyond one generation. Kill them fast, efficiently and then it’s upon them to surrender prior to becoming exterminated as a people. Kill everyone and break everything until they surrender unconditionally. After one war, nobody should ever want to allow that possibility again.
