Editorial comment… It has occurred to me that some of my dear readers of the more sensitive Liberal persuasion might be, by now, disturbed at what could be perceived as a “piling on” over this latest public humiliation of Stephane Dion.
Of course, such an accusation would be absolutely true. The only advice I can offer you is to simply brace yourself and continue to take it until we become bored and move on to fresher sport.
Stiff upper lip, and all that.
(I’m tempted to invoke that famous Victorian encouragement to “lay back and think of the Queen”, but that would be cruel under the circumstances.)
Broadbent sure lost a whack of credibility coming out in favour of this Banana Republic pact to oust the government. Chretien was in on the consultations too but like the snake he is he slithered away, no interviews.
I’m sure I heard Fife say the Dion video looked like it was done by a wino with a cellphone.

Watching him in QP this week, I thought he looked like a moron cheering on the monkeys at a circus, which it was. The twit has said it will be good for unity. Afraid Papa Pierre would not approve of his support of a coalition with the Separatists.
