I have watched him for years. Hope he pulls it off. It will be the golf story for this year even more amazing than Tiger’s US open win on one leg.

For some reason I never accept golf and baseball as sport I saw as more zoon like concentration and act smart by use brain than the muscels
as you can see mor baseball spot guy are choppy or not have nice body like other sport like basketball or soccer
how young teenger can take the golf I do see more mature old men and woman or more businsss rich people are there kind of boring and good for walk and conversation find washroom is not easy and funny too
having culture of alchol in place also make more entertainment sport in compare with other ordincary sport most men like it who are old and not like to use too much energy

I am not really big on golf but I do enjoy going out and hacking away at the turf once in a while. I could never stand watching golf until I had tried actually playing a round – then I got it.
For me, Greg Norman was *the* guy in golf in the 80’s (and early 90’s). In a sport full of dull non-personalities he brought some character to the game. It’s great to see him doing so well in such a difficult and prestigious tournament – I sure hope he can pull it off tomorrow.
There is as much reason to watch golf as there is to watch archery. They are both target games.

I can’t believe he’s shaggin’ Chris Evert.
Golf is like curling and baseball in that they are a whole lot more exciting to play or watch in person than on the boob tube.
As an old fart I can still recall a few stormy cold winter afternoons being inside and the only thing on the TV was golf. Try finding the ball on a black & white set with minimal rabbit ear reception. It was almost enough to make you do that homework you’ve been putting off.
I’m not a golfer myself, but I’ve admired Greg Norman for years. When he’s won, he’s done it with class; when he’s lost, he’s done it with class. A few more Greg Normans would be good for professional sport.
Having played a variety of sports to varying degrees, I can appreciate watching curling, golf and baseball on TV. The one that is less appreciated is end-to-end squeaking of athletic shoes….in stereo no less.
Greg plays exactly like he did before he dropped off the map…..

CHRIS Evert has admitted her love affair with 53 years Golfer Greg Norman was behind the demise of their marriages. The tennis legend revealed that she and Norman had tried to fight their desire for each other and had undergone couples-counselling with their longtime spouses, Andy Mill and Laura Andrassy, in an effort to overcome their mutual attraction.
But Evert, who married the Great White Shark in a lavish ceremony in the Bahamas last month, said counselling did not work and the pair dissolved their marriages to be together.
“It was like an irresistible force,” she said. “How do you explain something like that?”
Evert, known for never showing emotion during a game, has acknowledged she has a more conservative approach to sport than her husband of three weeks.
“He could have brought more aggression out in me, and maybe I could have calmed him down,” she said of the characteristics she believed were their weaknesses.
As Norman’s new rock, Evert flashed her own rock, dazzling the crowd with her giant, five-carat diamond engagement ring, believed to be worth about $220,000.
The couple, who were married in the Bahamas last month, have been holding hands and kissing at the Royal Birkdale course.
