2. Sorry, did I miss the part where Obama was responsible? Or that is was at the Democratic polling station? Or that the voters were registered Republicans? The links do not seem to indicate any such thing.
   Illinois politics makes Saskatchewan politics look like the Grade Three Hall Monitor vote. All parties hold equal blame.

   How many people will be taken in by the lofty speeches, the utopian promises, and the emotional challenges to change? Answer: LOTS.
   What has Obama actually accomplished in the past?
   Frank Luntz (Fox News Analyst), while presenting results of a Democratic test group, was asked by Sean Hannity to challenge the group members to “name one accomplishment of Barrak Obama’s”. Five people, out of the approximately twenty five or so in the room, attempted to respond. Answers ranged from “he’s a good speaker” to “he stands for change”. In all of their stumbling-around answers not one offered an *accomplishment* that could be attributed to Obama.
   These people could not distinguish between an attribute and an accomplishment. Or, there is in fact, a lack of accomplishments by Obama to draw from?
   This man is product of the Chicago political machine. That is it. That is him.
   It doesn’t matter how the people vote in these primaries. Invisible ink or long-dead voters. The people who put Obama slightly in front at the end are going to learn all about *brokered* conventions. The Obamaites are going to learn that their man, although possibly ahead in popular votes and delegates, is going to lose the nomination by the margin of the Super Delegates controlled by the Clinton Machine.
   There will be open warfare in the Democratic Party as it fractures. Bring lots of popcorn and beer to a ringside seat for the best show of this new century.

5. I watched Obama’s barn burner last night. Talk about a “promising” young politician! I thought that Stelmach held the North American championship for pre-election bullshit but, that guy Obama is in a class by himself.

7. 20 voters in a North Side Chicago precinct were told not to worry when the apparently non-working pens they were given to mark their ballots really contained “invisible ink” that would be read by scanners.

9. This sounds too much like a hoax. You would have to be pretty dumb firstly to fall for it, then to admit it after. Would an unmarked ballot show up as a spoiled ballot?

    Like all those Florida Dem voters last time around who were crying outside the polling stations, admitting on national TV that they were confused by the ballot layout – the one that was advertised in advance all over the place – and may not have correctly filled it out?
    That of course led to the pregnant chad and all other kinds of chad fiasco that thankfully got squashed.

12. Have to say, IMO, Obamba gets my vote for the best Bullshit rant last night. I’m sure Oprah was proud, ditto Old Reprobate Teddy Kennedy.
    It’s also worth noting, Obamba lost Kennedy’s State of Massachusetts.

15. I found it disgusting that the two news anchors thought it was “funny”, a news report on “the lighter side”, that 20 people had their fundamental voting rights taken away from them.
    Warwick, I have one slight point in the victims defense. There are such a wide, stupid variety of voting systems in the States, that they (I hope) just instinctively trusted the person giving them instructions. I, for one, am happy to live in Canada, where the idea of putting an X in a box with a pencil, is a tried and true method.

    Same last line applies to these responders. But they get to vote anyway.
