Bill Ardolino on the email flooding into Jeff Goldstein’s inbox on the consequences befalling the nutty ex-professor;
Achieving Malkinesque levels of hate mail is a noteworthy event; achieving Malkinesque levels of hate mail that actually reference Malkin, racism and chimpmunks has got to be some sort of milestone in the annals of online animus.

‘frisching’
Dawg – you were the one who misread Maz2 and declared it a “a new low for Small Dead Animals.”
You were the one who insinuated when I leave a comment up, I take some type of partial ownership of it.
Instead of ignoring you, I decided it was time you walk the walk.
I directed you to CC’s site and issued a challenge. I dont’ care if it’s a year old. The comments are still open, and CC is still as toxic as ever.
I raised the issue of MWW, her sock puppetry, her threats against me and others, and the Progressive Bloggers for the same reason.
Meaghan Walker-Williams is every bit as unhinged as Deb Frish – I mentioned her because it was an obvious comparison. People who run 11 blogs at one time, most directed to rambling rants about/to specific bloggers (no-treason.com, dustmybroom.com, the blogging tories, monte solberg) and who has established blogsite.com sites using the names of others is unhinged.

Try that one on for size.
She’s been hospitalized twice for “mental stress” by her own admission.
How much more evidence do you need?
In your world of blogging “moral equivalency”, defending myself from the libel of MWW is the blogging equivalent of her appropriating my identity on the blogosphere, fabricating “quotes” from me and posting them to uncounted blogs, emailing and writing media and politicians, and suggesting I can expect a visit from the Indian Posse.
FYI – I live 25 miles from their happy hunting ground. It’s not something I can dismiss.
Now, you were the one who raised the topic of the residential school post. I didn’t. I replied.
And, now a dead Palestinian child has lept into the discussion.
I can hardly wait to see what you come up with next. Actually, I can. I have work to do, and I’ve said my peace.
I’ve said my peace.
Well, peace to you, too.
No way I “misread” Maz2. But who brought in all that other stuff? CC? MWW? Dolores Bird?
Hint: not me. I like to keep things simple [opening here]. I was just trying to make the point that Frisch’s evident, ah, disturbed state of mind is not an unheard-of phenomenon on the starboard side of the blogosphere. I start with one winged monkey. So you raise me one left-winger and one libertarian. I counter with another winged monkey. You raise me one dead child; I counter with one live child and a dead family.
But at this point I can’t seem to keep the cards in my hand. The chips are yours. I’d even offer some ginger-molasses ice-cream as a peace offering, but I haven’t figured out how to do attachments on this thing.
CC can never be figured out. I tried and failed.
I enjoy your site, keep up the good work.
I agree there are disturbed people on all sides of the political spectrum, “center” included. That’s not the point. The issue is that those who aren’t so deranged have a responsibility not to promote the writings of those who show a repeated pattern of behavior. In the case of Walker-Williams, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Even the mainstream media has figured her out, if the “heads up” emails I receive privately are any indication. What’s wrong with the Progressive Bloggers?
However, if you’re into peace offerings, you might check your own comments section and do some housecleaning. My name is (again) attached to a comment I did not write. Obviously.

Hey, Kate, I’ve never suggested–ever–that you “houseclean” your combox. Have I? Asked you to censor your own blogsite?
Give me some credit.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane, though. I didn’t think for a moment that the commenter was you. Too many “K’s” in her first name.
But back to your point. Has Progressive Bloggers added sock-puppet sites to the roll of late, or allowed blogroll members to publish the RL coordinates of political antagonists? As a (relatively new) ProgBlogMod I would certainly take appropriate steps in such cases. But all of this seems pretty far in the past, no?
“I suppose my politics would seem extreme to someone who is to the right of Mussolini.”
Yeah, yeah, yeah… What enquiring minds REALLY want to know is if you’ve found a job yet?
Dawgie had to drag a Palestinian child into the mix and slander the IDF, he can’t help it, it’s what his ilk does on the internet. Pioneer leftie anonymous poster “Jack the Ripper” left a post on a wall in London in 1888: “”The Juwes are the men who will not be blamed for nothing”.
Just out of interest, “Juwes” has nothing to do with Jews, but refers to Jubela, Jubelo and Jubelum who murdered Hiram Abif and were eventually found and ritually killed. See Masonic history for more info.

Nevertheless, the post was deleted by the police because “a strong feeling existed against the Jews generally . . . I was apprehensive that if the writing were left it would be the means of causing a riot.”
No wonder lefties hate Jews, it would seem their culture encourages them to work hard and “rise in the social scale”. Oh my! They wish to be “bourgeois” (“according to Marxist thought, being of the property-owning class and exploitive of the working class”).
“Whitechapel alone had a Jewish population of 30-40,000. Like their forbears, most Jewish refugees made good on the few opportunities presented to them. As Charles Booth noted
“They are set down on an already over-stocked and demoralized labour market. They are surrounded by the drunkenness, immorality and gambling of the East-End streets . . . in the midst of the very refuse of our civilization, and yet . . . whether they become bootmakers, tailors, cabinet-makers, glaziers, or dealers, the Jewish inhabitants of the East End rise in the social scale.”
The Jews’ success created some animosity with the Irish community. It may have troubled some Irishmen to see that long hours, periods of unemployment, bad food, overcrowding, in fact, “all the conditions which ruin the Anglo-Saxon or Irish inhabitant of the East End seem to leave unhurt the moral and physical fibre of the Jew.””
conservative philosophy: Even in an “over-stocked and demoralized labour market” it’s possible to “become bootmakers, tailors, cabinet-makers, glaziers, or dealers” and “rise in the social scale.”
“progressive” philosophy: demonise and dehumanise those who work hard and “rise in the social scale”, demand redistribution of their wealth.
Dawg, you wrote:
“Someone here in your comments demanded that I (and every Muslim) be lynched not long ago. I’m not holding you accountable for that–well, not very accountable, given the volume of comments that you get.”
Now, what did you mean by “not very” accountable, unless it was a suggestion that I should have removed that comment? Being “accountable”, as a blog owner, for statements made by others suggests you believe I might have done something about it after the fact.
As far as your reply about those individuals the Prog Bloggers endorse, I would submit that the group is more concerned with ideology than credibility. It doesn’t matter if their members have a history of issuing threats or identity theft – so long as they target the political right.
Did the PG bloggers even pause to think about Somenamedia’s inclusion in your group when she erected the blog titled “Uncle Tom Injuns?” complete with vile, racist commentary directed towards the authors of Dust My Broom?
Bottom line is this – so long as you refuse to disown this crackpot, you have one hell of a lot of nerve complaining about any comment you read anywhere, about anyone.
Consistancy, Dawg.
Just a quick response, Kate: I sincerely did not mean to suggest that you should remove any comment from your combox. My comment referred only to a small measure of accountability–such as maybe, after pointing it out to you, getting your response. Nothing more.
Your combox is yours. Thank you for letting me use it on occasion.
