Does anyone seriously think Canadians invented the ideas that influence the current iteration of the Liberal Party? We’ve always lived in their enormous shadow, and millions of us are in lockstep with the worst aspects of their culture. So yes, I have the same expectations you do. I remember the way young Canadian leftists behaved during the Harper years, all learned from the kind of Americans who are now antifa and BLM.

Cultural Marxism was created by German Leftards and exported to our country by (surprise) leftist refugees from Germany before and during WW II. No doubt, but I can’t help thinking that it took off in earnest in the 60s – remember PET with his long hair and extended middle finger and appeal to people who prefer charisma to substance (ie. young people)? The hair, the suspended adolescence, the drug abuse epidemic, Marxism (Che, Fidel, Mao’s little red book), the creeping erosion of morality – this all came from the States, just as with irrational hatred of GW Bush and now Trump, and belief in anthro climate change and “global environmental devastation”, obsession with gender and race – all of a piece. And now propaganda goes viral globally and instantaneously, all emanating from the States, and morons hoover it up like nose candy.

            That’s the beauty of propaganda – the ones successfully propagandized have no ability to self-reflect and say, “hey, this crap is just pandering to my biases and might actually not be true, or good for me or my country.” They’re just not very smart or courageous or self-aware, and prefer being told what to think rather than putting the work into actually thinking. But there it is: when the guys who did the job on America ADMIT they did, what more does any thinking person need? You just shake your head.
