The past few months have been very confusing. Here’s an evolving theory I’d like to submit for SDA readers to critique:
- The prime directive of many unsavory characters is to ensure that Donald Trump doesn’t get re-elected.
- BLM & Antifa members are communists who have seized this unique moment in history to try to force a revolution to destroy capitalism and bring in their ideal Marxist system.
- Career criminals have realized that with all of the mayhem & confusion abound, this is the perfect opportunity to steal, attack and even murder anyone in convenient proximity.
- Democrat politicians have conveniently downplayed the disorder and violence under the belief that average Americans would blame Trump for it, thus hurting him and helping their party.
- The Leftist MSM, who have long been in cahoots with the Democrats, have accepted their marching orders and obscured & spun the narrative and/or outright lied about what has been happening on the streets. For they know that their NPC audience will lap up every single thing they broadcast, no matter how preposterous.
Please poke holes in this theory or enhance it further.

Watching Varney this morning on FoxBusiness, it seems that the Dims intend to use all the Wuhan, (p)antifa and BLM chaos along with vote by mail to call the presidential election into question with no clear outcome. Then, HTG, Nancy becomes president.

I agree with the points listed. My only quibble is with the first point. The entire establishment is trying to prevent a Trump victory, including stealing the election through fraud. Or, maybe the entire establishment are unsavory characters. The establishment supports the rioting, arson and killing, provided it it’s done by BLM or Antifa.
I think that your theory is fairly accurate. The government in Washington was corrupt under Obama, just like Ottawa is corrupt under Trudeau. The mainstream news has no respect for truth and we cannot rely on them to gather intelligent response to the actions of Politicians. The hatred against trump was magnified by the fear of the lawbreakers that they would be exposed. We are going to find the same assassination of the new Prime Minister of Canada. Don’t think the corrupt Liberals are any less evil than the democrats. The reason that the teachers have prepared the young adults to riot for lawlessness and socialism is a reflection on the education system failing to properly teach history and truth. The source of all truth is God and that has been removed from the halls of learning so that title is now false.

Minneapolis Last Night,
There were NO protests involved. It went from peaceful to Loot a Rama and Homeboy Shopping Network (ain’t that a blast from the past?) in just a few hours after the alleged murder suspect blew the top of his head off. Cars from the community neighborhoods were pouring into downtown Minneapolis by the hundreds when word spread that looting was happening, and Minneapolis police were overwhelmed. I wonder if there were any U-Hauls like Chicago had when they got looted last time?

You are close with this one, but not quite right on.
I think a better theory is that the left really does believe their own propaganda. That is, they really believe that secretly Trump is either a real military-style authoritarian or a wannabe military-style authoritarian. If they just push him hard and far enough for long enough that military-style authoritarian will emerge. He is just waiting to come out, Trump will be unable to resist his inner urges, and Trump will actually breathe a sigh of relief when he gets to be who he secretly is. Mwa-hah-hah-hah-hah, etc.
I do not think an intelligent and informed person can blame Mr. Trump for this violence. I know that a few Democrats are trying to do just that, but it seems to me that more on the left are either trying to downplay/ignore the violence or somehow trying to justify it. That suggests to me that even most of the left realizes that the optics for the left are not good.
Now, suppose that the left is correct with their theory that they can goad Trump into revealing who they think he really is. Things escalate to the point where Trump and divisions of the federal government (say, DHS, DOJ, FBI, ATF, National Guard) authorize the use of force in the cities against the wishes of Democratic governors and mayors. The Democrats order their state and local police forces to either stand down or arrest federal law enforcement officials. Tensions escalate and several dozen or a few hundred rioters and perhaps a few law enforcement officials from both sides are killed across, say, 20 cities in America. In such a scenario, Trump would still have a case, but so would the Democrats and they would be betting that they would have a stronger case. Right now, it is clear who has the stronger case. It is not even close.
Right now, the Democrats are still in the push-just-a-little-harder phase.
Pretty much right on. The only thing I would add is that the Covid lockdowns create the perfect environment in which this disorder can thrive. People are fearful and distracted, empty business districts provide numerous targets of opportunity, laws are being ignored (especially by the authorities), millions of unemployed workers and students with nothing to do are on the streets, cops arrest counter demonstrators and handle the looters with kid gloves (at the insistence of the lawless mayors and governors. Perfect storm.

The progressive far left is still fighting for control over the democratic party. They took over most media outlets years ago. The progressive mind believes these are oppresses slaves fighting for a breath of fresh air. So… they are not downplaying this so much as they “recognize” that “American Slaves are in Full Revolt”. (their idea, not mine). The far left progressive sees the violence as the breaking of chains, not as ‘rioting’. Many Democratic politicians are keeping their mouth shut, or repeating the worldview.

I think the DNC machine always planned to use the strategy of political violence if Trump won in 2016. The machine had to condition people to the level of violence required to stop Trump in 2020. We have seen the escalation over the last 4 years. Antifa/BLM are DNC’s well-funded and organised tool. The DNC has been using the judiciary to impose their will on the majority since Obama was elected in 2008. Antifa/BLM Organisers will be rewarded whether Biden wins or not. I think they will instruct the judiciary, police, National Guard to put down the criminal/casual looter element when they win. If they don’t win, they need the cannon fodder to die for the cause when they instigate 4 more years of political violence so that voters become so petrified for their safety and livelihoods that they vote the Democrats into power in 2024.
From the footage I think this strategy will work in communities that are traditionally democrat run but not in swing States or in traditionally Republican run areas. Of course, the Dems are aided in their Illegitimate power grab by enemies like China and allies like UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France where elites rely on claims of expertise to legitimise their superiority over any choices/preferences of voters (see Brexit as an eg).
As a foreigner who grew up under a totalitarian regime, I believe the USA is a powerful symbol of freedom for many foreigners whether Americans wish to be seen that way or not.
But, I think your theory needs to be exhanced, in a big way. Instead of a window of months, we need decades. Maybe even a hundred years.
Progressivism was thought up in the 19th century. It has flourished. It has been done. The various flavors have been tried. (Mixed market economies, Marxism, socialism, etc). About 3 months ago, James Carville stated in an interview that the only way Donald Trump would win re-election “is if he cheats.” No evidence offered of course, but the statement was made. This tells me two things.
1) The Democrats plan to cheat and;
2) They are laying the groundwork for the second fake charge post-election to impeach Trump, de-legitimize his mandate and keep their Komsomol useful idiots in the streets.
Basically, accuse your opponent first of doing what you know your group does, diminishes the accusation against yourself later. I was waiting to see what other Democrats would do, and sure enough in the last few weeks, the ‘cheating’ theme is gaining traction. The Democrats are not going to wait until after the election to make their fake claims like last time, i.e. Russia.

The only addition I would make is to add that most people are seeing through this unrest and realize that it’s an extension of the DNC playbook – and they don’t like it.

On a grander scale, this is the civil war between the elites and the peasants, only we middle class peasants never figured the elites would use lower class peasants and criminals as their shock troops.
