2. Bye bye Goodyear, I can’t ever remember a company that misunderstood who their customers were so badly and their were so clueless about their market.

   This is right there with Kodak exiting the digital camera market.

3. The genius Goodyear CEO is ignorant of history in this category. Gillette thought it could brand males as potential wife beaters and get away with it in the marketplace. Mistake.

4. Add me to the list five sets of tires for two vehicles in the last 10 years.

   I like the tires, but I will never buy another set until the current CEO, and Board of Directors is gone.

5. I used to consider boycotting the enemy but Kate straitened me out when she went to see and then endorsed the movie
   “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” here on SDA. I am now cured from the whole idea of boycotting the enemy.
   If Kate’s money is good enough for them, then my money is too.

      1. So you think that enriching movie studios that use anti-petroleum champions like champagne- socialists Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio, both of whom were huge Hillary Clinton supporters and boosters, is somehow different than buying Goodyear tires?
         These people use their celebrity status to destroy the lives of ordinary people and they get a pass because the movie was “good”?

         Let me inform you that tires are more essential than a bit of entertainment when the world is awash in entertaining distractions.

6. The only decent tires they sell are ridiculously overpriced.

7. Trump should have said: “I would have called for a boycott of Goodyear if it weren’t for my concern for the 70,000 people employed by them.” He does know that there is an election doesn’t he? Just because the idiots that manage the outfit are woke doesn’t mean the employees are.

   1. Do the employees who do not produce the product in America vote in America?

   2. A boycott of Goodyear would not likely cost many jobs, but it will enrage share holders who see their investment value drop like it did yesterday … I think about 6% … just a little pain to let them know we care.

      Boycotts don’t usually work, but what else can you do when a company pisses you off to that point.
