The Department of Education has opened an investigation into the Minnesota Department of Education following reports that schools plan to use transgender dolls with interchangeable genitalia to teach children about gender identity.
“We are deeply grateful the Education Department is taking immediate action to protect Minnesota students from being subject to UMN’s appalling ‘My Gender Dolls,’” said Defending Education Founder and President Nicole Neily in a statement. “It is deeply perverse – and biologically false – to impress upon children that genitalia can be swapped out like Mr. Potato Head parts, with no lasting damage. And for the state to wrest control of these conversations from parents (while using their tax dollars to do so, no less) is truly insult to injury.”
The taxpayer-funded dolls have been described as the “first-of-their-kind” and are planned to be available in schools beginning this fall, including for children as young as four years old. The dolls have gender-neutral names and are intended to be a “therapeutic” tool to “make gender fun.” The company behind the dolls has said that they are “built to help children tell their stories and see themselves represented.”

my final and lasting conclusion it had almost NOTHING to do with discipline or some fuzzy label ‘corporal punishment’ and everything to do with teachers taking their frustrations out on the most vulnerable demographic in society.

Will children understand that genitalia is not ‘interchangeable”. It’s debatable if it is even changeable. Imagine a small child thinking “Today I am a girl, tomorrow I’m a boy. Where’s my penis mommy?”
I looked up the manufacturing company. I was curious as to how the graft was working. The company is MyGender Dolls. It was developed by researchers and psychologists from the Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Health at the University of Minnesota. The lead psycologists on this project are Dianne Berg and G. Nic Rider.

What is visible on the site is disturbing. Their goal is to make gender fun (that’s the first sentence on their site, “We make gender fun!”). For 4 to 10 year olds that is clear grooming. Kids that age are in no position to gravitate towards hard questions, but always gravitate towards something that amuses them personally.
Incidentally, Berg and Rider look exactly as you would expect. Berg is your stereotypical aging white woman with the glasses. Rider is (looks again at his photo)….yeah, Rider is one of those mentally ill confused about his gender ones…who seems to enjoy sporting pajama tops and bow ties.
I suggest the lesson be augmented with a live demonstration, perhaps advocates for the program could volunteer.
This could be an impactful lesson that would stay with the students for some time.
Sweetie … we already told you that you’re safe here now with that nice policewoman who has been working with you … but we have one more question … and remember you’re safe now … would you show us on this transgender doll where your teacher touched you? And show us which part she said you could easily lose?

L – This is one of the 80/20 issues. But it takes a few good men and women to take a bold stand and call on neighbours, parents and grandparents to join them. Grandparents, are mostly retired, live for their grandchildren and see children as the precious human potential, they are.
They also outrank their children, seniority wise and quite capable of laying down the moral, as required. Many of them carry canes and are not hesitant to use them to protect children, related or not.
