1. That was beautiful. Next to Mark Steyn, Canada’s greatest contribution to political debate in the USA. Thank you Canada!

2. The plain truth. My American half is proud; my Canadian half is embarassed by this failing, weak, coward shitstain of a former country.

   1. I find it ironic that American progressives loath their country for what it is and always has been and Canadian conservative/libertarian individuals loath their country for what it has become, made so by progressives who hated what it once was.

   I see the cynicism, the progressive mind set every damn day. So I’m wondering, just how bad is it in Canada? Peterson finds the difference striking. Has it reached a level of dystopic malaise like the movie Brazil? How much farther must Canada sink? Will Alberta be New Taiwan?

   1. Canada will sink until it is gone. Canadians are the quintessential crocodile feeders, i.e. cowards.

      1. Canada doesn’t really exist anymore. Canadians with long roots here are a tiny fraction of the population. 44 percent of Canadians are immigrants or the children of immigrants. We are (it is) basically a completely new country every generation.

   Yes. The politics of envy are at the core of every communist, err “Democratic Socialist” movement.

   Each of these states is fumbling around with a “Billionaire’s Tax”. Each of these states is watching an Exodus of Billionaires, while they fumble around with this new tax. The Billionaires (and large corporations) are scramming to Red States. Because, they know in those states success is rewarded, and there isn’t a complete lack of economic illiteracy. People in Red States (for the most part) understand where jobs come from, and where the money comes from to pay their salaries.

   1. Colorado will no doubt follow closely on their heels.
      There already only about 40 states where a child can honestly be told that they can grow up to be anything they want to be.

      1. And when CA discovers they have no more Billionaires to fleece … they’ll come for the millionaires. Why? Because it’s not fair … or something … that they have so much more $$ than your Salvadoran cleaning lady.

   2. The US may be a great country, but most of the actual states are shit. Most Americans live in Far Left states and Far left cities.

      1. It is a matter of degree. My oldest daughter lives in Los Angeles, and after 3 years has told me she would never return to Canada as it is much freer there. Even lefty prog cities and states in the US are better than anywhere in shitstain Canada.
