Federal prosecutors on Tuesday served subpoenas to at least five top Minnesota Democrats — including Gov. Tim Walz — as part of the Justice Department’s investigation into the obstruction of ICE and of the Trump administration’s illegal immigration crackdown in the state, U.S. officials confirmed to Just the News.
Beyond the subpoena issued to Walz for allegedly obstructing law enforcement activities, the DOJ also subpoenaed Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her and Hennepin County attorney Mary Moriarty over their alleged anti-ICE actions and obstruction activities, the U.S. officials said.
Subpoenas?
No. It should not be difficult to persuade a federal court to issue warrants for the arrest of the leaders of the “Democratic-Farmer-Labor” Party and carry them out without delay.
Tim Walz needs to be put on a plane to a prison in the Deep South, and immediately replaced by someone willing to assist federal agents in the enforcement of federal law, not give aid and comfort to Somali gangsters. If it was good enough for Nicolas Maduro, it’s good enough for Tim.
The real, long-suffering labourers and farmers of Minnesota will be relieved, to say the least of it, to see the back of the DFL party.
Trump’s got a difficult row to hoe here. This isn’t a Little Rock, AK situation, it’s a Fort Sumter moment. The government of the state of Minnesota (and several others as well) is in open rebellion against the federal government and advocating violence against federal agents. Increasingly that violence is happening, although it’s by citizens egged on by the government rather than state LE or paramilitary forces.
All of this is obvious to normal people, but the media has been lying their faces off for months. They’re on the other side, but unfortunately that’s where a lot of people are still getting their information from. Trump is champing at the bit to invoke the Insurrection Act and clean up Minnesota (and the other states) but he needs an overstep by the Democrats so huge that the media can’t excuse it, cover it up, or lie about it effectively. That hasn’t happened yet. I fear it’s going to take more deaths, and a lot of them, before it does.
