   Recall that the radical-left school board refused to allow police liaison officers into Victoria schools, claiming the police trigger minority students (I.e., drug traffickers).

         In any case, an ATC officer would not be hired and on assignment at a major airport in 10 days. Crap load of training and experience at smaller airports first.
