  1. And of course, more innocents will suffer because our legal system won’t keep this sort of animal incarcerated for ever.

    1. The story PASSIVELY reads … ” He was convicted in 1991 of manslaughter involving a two-year-old child, for which he served a six-year prison sentence.”

“… manslaughter INVOLVING a two-year old …” ? So he KILLED a two-year old ? CTV cannot speak plain, truthful, English? There is some woke protocol for protecting feelings of the face tattooed?

  3. Marcel Hank Charlette, 52, was released from Headingley Correction Centre Tuesday, where he was serving a sentence for failing to comply with a release order.

  4. ‘He served a six year prison sentence’. Does that mean he served six years? Somehow I doubt it.

  5. Despite the absence of a tatoo bulls eye inked on his sick ugly head, Please fire at will with a 12 gauge at 2 feet from that fooker’s head.
Do it with righteous impunity in memory of a 2 year old.
Enough of these pieces of shite already.
Sorry, I don’t like to feel this way or express such vitriol, but enough is enough.

    1. NO!! NO!! NO!! Stop with the noisy stuff. There are many very quiet ways to deal with this kind of problem.

    1. Pappy, I worked in a Max in Canada for 20 yrs, these creatures have their own units where they’re protected from any retribution.

      1. The guards will ensure he comes into contact with genpop and that genpop knows what he did.

  6. As the lady from Britain said,Anglo Saxons are very tolerant but when that tolerance ends, they have a history of cleaning house and starting over.

  7. The new leader of the Liberal NDP Party.
    He is perfect.
A child killing pervert, criminal to the core..A natural for our progressive Comrades..
Who better to replace dear leader Justine?

  8. Fear is a great way to control people, the police are probably enjoying this and progressive politicians even more.

Politicians will accuse the public of being nasty and mean if they would prefer violent offenders locked up, after all guys like Mr. Charlette had a rough childhood, give him a break – and hire legions of social workers for him and his victims, it’s a leftist bureaucrat dream.

  9. L – During the recent interview Prof. Jordan Peterson did with Pierre Polievre. Peterson noted that
1 percent of the criminals commit 65% of the crime. Removing them from circulation, however that
happens, causes many other criminals to leave the lifestyle, too.

Canada could look at how effective El Salvador’s Presidente Bukele’s roundup of gangsters has been
there. Simply amazing, a hard line on gang members works wonders.

If we did that here, the following ads for work would appear in every city. “Justice League”(part-time police, prosecuting attorneys and judges: will repair, build and paint fences and garages, available for winter snow clearing jobs, too.”

Effecting penal sentencing reform here would be blocked by the Supremes, only the risk of a referendum on
say Wexit, might deter them. Ruled by a Parthenon of Judges(pagan deities) creating chaos or a self-governing people shouldering their responsibility. That is the question? People with children, eventually producing grandchildren, generally speaking, take a longer term view of the consequences of acting or failing to act, then those without.

The repeat offender, violent psychopath seldom hides very well, the nature of his/her depravity, because they being bereft of human empathy can’t imagine, how normal people think about such heinous acts, nor what the meaning of anathema is.

Their narcissism/survival instinct makes them avoid those potential victims, who could do them harm e.i. the Nova Scotia mass murderer avoided the homes of people he knew had firearms and would know how to use them. Others are so deranged, only sheepdogs can protect the lambs.

  10. “Police said they are providing information to allow the public to protect themselves, but notes vigilante activity will not be tolerated.”

Can’t have the “system of justice” being brought into “disrepute” by some vigilante.

Expect the police to announce they are searching for him within a month.
