Restore CSA: Regular readers will recall that the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) filed a series of motions with the Federal Court of Appeals to bankrupt PS Knight Co, the owner of RestoreCSA. The Motions Hearing was on January 12th and since then we have been waiting for the Ruling.
Interesting Summary; I am appreciative of a similar legal cottage industry, which naturally will not name so as to force a concern on your perhaps concuring with my situation.

Great news now maybe they can stop preying on Canadian citizens and corporations. How was this ever allowed to happen in the first place? someone was asleep at the switch or maybe well compensated.

what I take from this post is the court cystem is based a lot on procedure, tactics, obfuscation, words words words, whereas common sense, justice, convincing evidence takes a back seat. as in in the next city.
