I sit here in BC and notice all these properties that sit vacant, having been bought up and awaiting development (and they ask why there’s a housing shortage). Inflation is up, interest rates are up, unemployment is up (while lots of places are looking for workers), and housing prices are dropping, Developers and realtors, undouubtedly contributors to our politicos, must be looking for a bailout. And our politicos having reduced our economy to building houses and high rises, come through!
