  2. The news refers to it as a “slap” .That was way more violent than I thought it was. Still in shock ICE got her since this occured in NJ.

        1. When she was picked up, it was reported that she went to the Toms River facility. That is located in the most conservative district in NJ. It’s very ‘red’ (if my memory serves me correctly). They would be far more likely to pick her up and hand her over to ICE.
          Everyone thinks ‘blue state’ means everything is blue; that isn’t the case.
          Whoopsie.

    that was really bad to think that *she* thought she could strike a kid that hard and get away with it. l hope POTUS Trump give the kid a call, ‘tq for promoting my vision, take care’, turn it into a *good* lifetime memory.

    p.s. l was hoping to see the slap, judge for myself. yep. throw the book at her deport PERMANENTLY

  8. Just wanted to add, if she has ties to Antifa, I would expect she will be made an example of. She may not be deported, but held as a foreign national participant in domestic terrorism.
    This is probably why the dupe / chuck husband is so upset. He knows she’s gonna be in jail for a while. I wonder if the kid is his.
    (Heh… he’s probably been wondering the same thing.)
    He might get to go to jail too. Hope so, as the kid has better chances in foster care.

        Cut/paste correct charges:
        Police confirm Tracey is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction.
        I figured she left her kid in the car or something.

  13. Can’t be too bright. Imagine assaulting someone bc they’re wearing political themed clothing. Beyond that, imagine not understanding that it’s in your best interest to keep a low profile if you’re in a country illegally.

    Is it possible to have her deported to a third country? We’ve got enough stupid here already. Paper straw stupid.

  14. I do NOT support ICE sending her back to canada. We don’t need or want her.

    I support fully the US holding her in Gitmo for as long as they please, and the longer the better, pour encourager les autres.

  15. How is deportation better than what would usually happen in this instance? If you travel to the US and commit a crime, the local police will charge you and you’ll either face trial down there or get sent back to your country of origin and face trial there. In this case, she gets sent back to Canada and her punishment for assault is nothing more than being barred from traveling to the US.
