  1. No way in this world should a father who tracked down and shot someone, essentially kidnapping his minor daughter, ever be charged. If he didn’t shoot the guy he should be charged with child neglect. Why would his claim to self defence ever be question?

  2. At the time of the shooting, Fosler had been released on a $50,000 bond while facing 43 criminal charges. Those charges included sexual assault, sexual indecency with a child, possession of child abuse imagery and internet stalking of a child. Spencer’s daughter was the sole witness connected to the alleged offenses.

I, also, read the account in the original indictment. The guy he killed should never have gotten released on bond. He was in violation of the rules of that release. And the dash cam footage curiously went missing. You could look at it from the perspective that the perpatrator was making off with the only witness to his pending 43 count indictment, and her (a miner) life was at risk.

Whatever the details, one thing rings true…the new sheriff needs to get his daughter straightened out. She sounds like a real problem above and beyond the predator.

    1. Yeah, I was wondering if his daughter was sexting online or something. And how dad was able to locate the perp and his daughter so quickly.

Spencer’s daughter was the sole witness connected to the alleged offenses.

If this were Britain … this man’s daughter would be classified as a underclass slut who “wanted it”. Thankfully, we have the right to arm ourselves and solve our own crimes … and not wait for The State to decide who’s guilty and who’s a “racist” … or “prude” … or something irrelevant to the actual CRIME. It used to be that children CANNOT consent to sexual relations with adults … but as Kate’s headlines suggest … Pedophilia has stalked its way into EVERY ‘Institution’ of our culture … even the police and courts.

  3. this is interesting. 1st time in my recollect vigilante justice morphs into the legitimate kind.
before it was *always* the other way around. godspeed sheriff Spencer

  4. Isn’t it remarkable how a final decision works out?
The criminal won’t do any raping or other of the stuff that he was accused and charged with.
No appeals, no extensions no nothing.
    End of story.

    1. Yes, but what if he begins to haunt the world as a malign spirit presence? Then we’ll all be sorry. Except Stephen King, of course, he’ll be happy enough, but the rest of us.
